Flowers were very" tired "and didn't last long, 24 hours only. Delivery was on the sane day but not on the right time as I did make a special request for after 5pm. Chocolate was good.

Flowers still droopy and nothing like the photo after a week, very disappointed considering the price would have been better going to tesco

Received very disappointing Mother's Day bouquet. Several stems were faded and and/or broken and the box was soggy, as was the gift card inside.(I took delivery in person, so they hadn't been left outside my house) Past orders have been fine, but your standards seem to be slipping.

I have just received flowers for Mothers day from you. 5 of the stems are limp, almost folded in half and the grasses enclosed were dried and brittle. So disappointed with the flowers as is my Son.

My first experience with Bloom& Wild. Disappointed on first opening the box delivered to the door today by DPD. The first thing I saw was the wet mothers day card , a soggy, brown, flat carnation and numerous little pink flower heads at the bottom of the box. The soft stemmed flowers were very wilted and doubled over but I guess they will revive. The roses and other carnations were fine, pretty colours.

Shocking, flowers are extremely poor quality to the point five stems were dead - unfortunately these were beyond sad looking. Total waste of money.

We send our blooms dry and in bud however we always expect them to perk up after some time in water, I do apologise that this hasn't happened! Product arrived on time which o was pleased with however Bloom’s lasted less than a week. I could have got more for less at the supermarket. Very disappointing as these were a surprise to cheer up my mum.

Received the Nova for my Birthday and disappointed. They usually come so beautifully packaged but looked like they were just thrown in this time. Daffodils did not last 3 days and hyacinths not faired well. Planted bulbs in the garden(great idea) seem happy.

Arrived well packaged & on the day that we had specified. Unfortunately they only lasted about 3 days before they started drooping & browning. Was given 2 bunches of supermarket flowers at about 1/3 cost which lasted for a further 2 weeks! Very disappointed with my first Bloom & Wild purchase :(

I have always been pleased with past orders. My last order for a Valentines weekend was disappointing. The flowers were tired and look as if they had been bashed around in the box during delivery. On Sunday they were starting to droop. I've tried to add a photo but this won't let me. Strange.

Really disappointed with the quality and condition of flowers in The Ruby which was delivered yesterday. The recent cold temperatures had obviously got the better of the roses in particular. Ordering process and delivery all good and two other orders sent were lovely, but let down by the product quality in The Ruby on this occasion.

The Hallie ordered , due to lack of availability , substitute flowers sent , diminished from quality of the bouquet. Some stems won't open , bouquet looks bland to the eye. Very disappointed this time round. Not up to usual standard.

Sadly, I was not happy with this order. The package was left outside on the doorstep (not posted through the letterbox). It was there for 4 hours until my daughter came home from work and it was a very cold day. There was someone at home that day, but nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. The flowers were drooping somewhat when unpacked and only lasted 6 days.

I’ve had a bad experience I spent a lot of money and had high expectations, however I am disappointed because the flowers didn’t reach my friend on time for her birthday. I feel quite upset as I expected more from the company. They still haven’t been delivered yet.

I’ve had 2 orders from you. The 1st was a lovely spring bunch, died the next day. The 2nd looked like spring plants in a China planter, delivered as bulbs in cardboard box. Awful

Last time I ordered flowers from you they were wonderful, however this time I am most upset at the delivery and as a consequence I might not come back to you again. The flowers were due to arrive on Tuesday, they were for my friend who is very poorly. Even though she was in when delivery was attempted, she did not hear the door and they were taken back to the depot. Subsequently, she has still not received them (Friday) despite being given a new delivery for yesterday! A gift which was meant to cheer her up has become a hassle for her really not what she needed! I paid a LOT of money for these flowers. Just what condition they will be in after nearly a week in the box I'm not sure! I'm extremely disappointed. At present delivery has, so far, taken more than 5 days!
