“Thankyou kirsty for delivering such a beautiful bouquet of flowers to a couple that had helped me out when I’d broken down in my car right outside their home . They were so kind to me and my 91 year old mum and my dog. I didn’t know how to repay them for their kindness , so flowers seemed the most obvious gift ! They thanked me and said they were beautiful 💝. I put my trust in you and you delivered perfectly, thank you once again x”

“Initially I was very disappointed as the flowers didn’t arrive on the day. I emailed them and they have dealt with my complaint so well that I will definitely be buying from them again. I wasn’t aware there was an option to pay for guaranteed delivery day so I will do that next time. Thank you for great customer service in dealing with my problem Bloom and Wild 🙏🙏”

“My daughter sent me an orchid for my birthday , it was delivered on my birthday which was great ,it did have lots of moss around it which was very messy as it was very dry , and quite a few of the tiny buds have dried and fallen off .”
