“Always lovely bunches of flowers, that last 2-3 weeks, having received wild & bloom flowers on many occasions, I also send them to people I know for different reasons, as I know they are always beautiful, & will last, so the people I send them too can enjoy them for a long time.”

“I ordered the Jade and it was delivered on time, and such a gorgeous bouquet. My daughter was delighted! The flowers came in bud and the photo shows them after three days. I highly recommend Bloom and Wild if you are looking for beautiful flowers for someone special x”

“I’ve used Bloom and Wild a few times. On this occasion I was disappointed with the delivery time. When I placed the order, it said next day delivery, which is what I wanted. Unfortunately it was nearly 48hrs later when my flowers were delivered.”

Hi Nicky, Thank you for leaving a review. We're so sorry to hear this arrived on an unexpected date. I understand your dismay with this delivery and apologise for the impact this has on your experience here. Just a gentle reminder that our free delivery services are not 100% guaranteed, so there is always a chance of arriving the next day. We state this on the website and on your order confirmation email, so I am sorry if this was missed. For the future, we do also offer DPD guaranteed courier delivery to most UK postcodes for a small additional charge. The flowers themselves should be safe and protected in their packaging while in transit and should only need a trim and a drink on arrival as usual to rehydrate after their journey. However, if they are not looking as expected after they have had 24 hours in the vase, please let us know via hello@bloomandwild.com. Let me know if there's anything else we can help you with.
