“I ordered a hand tied bocquet for a work colleague who was recovering from an operation. The ordering process was straightforward, however the delivery was very disappointing. I received an email at 13:23 telling me in jubilant tones , “Nina had received her flowers”. Excellent, I thought, but no! I had to email Nina about another matter the next day and asked her if she had received the flowers. She emailed back to tell me she’d just found them at the other side of her gate but no card had been left so she didn’t know they were there. I doubt the delivery driver had even knocked on her door. Fortunately she said they were still in good shape and beautiful. It’s such a pity that your delivery company lets you down in this way.”

We do give our delivery partners permission to leave the deliveries in a safe place if they are not physically able to post them, but we'd absolutely expect them to do so sensibly to ensure they are hidden and secure. I'm pleased to hear that the blooms still arrived looking beautiful, but apologise for any inconvenience caused by how the blooms were left. “Beautiful gift for my sisters Birthdsy. Flowers bloomed as you said they would and smelt lovely. I received a Mother's Day gift including tulips which had the bulbs on. I dried these out and have planted them in the garden so the gift keeps on giving. Excellent. Thank you Bloom and Wild”

“I sent flowers to a friend for her birthday. Royal Mail delivered on the day I requested and I got a text to say they were left in a safe place, sadly they didn’t put a card through my friends letterbox. When she did find her flowers luckily they were still beautiful, great service from Bloom & Wild not do great from the deliverer.”
