“I was very disappointed recently as I sent a bouquet to a friend who had just lost two of her children . I did choose a bouquet that was reduced in price (an offer) but sadly when it arrived it was badly damaged . She was very pleased that I had sent the bouquet but rang me it didn't really help her in her grief to tell me . She is a florist . We were both very surprised as we have both ordered from you before and been pleased with the results . I know that you have no idea why the bouquets are being sent but maybe the couriers could check the parcels before they are delivered as it is upsetting to receive a damaged Parcel and more upsetting to tell the person who has sent them . We are both mature and have been through a lot but there will be others who don't cope so well with it . Thank you for sending another bouquet to replace it which was lovely but it doesn't undo the first one . Thank you for allowing me to send this . I hope it helps as it is meant to be constructive criticism.”

“The whole process was extremely easy. The plant arrived when they said it would and packaging kept the plant in great condition. Everything about this order has exceeded my expectations - let’s hope I manage to keep the plant healthy and happy!”

“As we love in England and both my daughters live in the Republic of Ireland using Bloom and Wild means I can send flowers not only for special days but also as a physical representation of my love and support when I know they are going through a difficult time. The flowers through the letterbox have almost always arrived and Bern lovely. The one and only time they didn't was immediately and quickly resolved by Bloom and Wild. The hand tied bunches sent recently were very well received. Overall I am bmvery satisfied with the quality and service.”

“I've been ordering flowers from Bloom and Wild since before the Lockdown. During Covid times I sent flowers on a regular basis to friends and family as a support mechanism. Their flowers are always beautiful, fresh and last for at least two weeks. I wouldn't use any other company on line. I've even sent myself flowers!”
