“I would strongly suggest using any other delivery service. I put my trust in this company and paid the £9 DPD guaranteed delivery fee, for a guaranteed day and time slot. I placed my order two days in advance. Two hours after the delivery window passed on the requested delivery day, I became aware no delivery arrived - because B&W didn't even dispatch my order. They didn't have the courtesy to send an email to advise that this birthday delivery would be late either, not a single order update. Just didn't honour the request I had paid for, on a service they claim to be guaranteed. When contacting customer service, instead of interacting with compassion and having a conversation, I was slapped with template style message, and a £10 account credit offer - as if I would return to using the service! I advised I would at minimum expect the delivery costs refunded to my original payment method, which they then provided. I advised nobody was at the property the following day, so this order is now likely going to waste. That didn't prompt any additional apology, accountability, or compensation. Nor any offer to perhaps cancel the order (which had still not been dispatched) and offer me a full refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid, especially if it is time sensitive or you need a specific time and date. The order will not arrive, and the company could not care less about any upset they cause or occasions they ruin in the process.”

I'm sorry to hear that your flowers did not arrive as planned for the birthday, despite you paying extra for guaranteed delivery, and you were not informed about this change in advance. I am also very sorry to see how this was handled by our team, especially considering you mentioned that no one will be home to receive the gift the next day. “Things I love about Bloom & Wild No1 - Their flowers are fantastic, there is always a lovely selection and they last ages No 2 They arrive on time - I've never been let down yet on delivery dates and fitting thought the letterbox means no one has to be home and tmy gift is always receied a as planned Thats everything I look for and they come up trumps every time. “Always lovely bunches of flowers, that last 2-3 weeks, having received wild & bloom flowers on many occasions, I also send them to people I know for different reasons, as I know they are always beautiful, & will last, so the people I send them too can enjoy them for a long time.”

“I ordered the Jade and it was delivered on time, and such a gorgeous bouquet. My daughter was delighted! The flowers came in bud and the photo shows them after three days. I highly recommend Bloom and Wild if you are looking for beautiful flowers for someone special x”
