“I’ve ordered from Bloom and Wild several times and have been their loyal customer since the beginning. Every bouquet has been incredibly fresh and has bloomed beautifully. The flowers last for weeks, which always exceeds my expectations. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue, their customer service has been fantastic and they’ve resolved everything so quickly and without a hassle. I 100% recommend Bloom and Wild to anyone looking for beautiful, high quality flowers backed by excellent customer service. They’ve never let me down!”

“I found the ordering a little annoying as when I put in the discount code offered if 20% it would not accept it. When I tried to order again the discount code was only 15%. The birthday afternoon tea was very well received.”

“I’ve been using Bloom & Wild for a long time now, and though the customer service is great I can’t help but feel this is because the quality has gone down hill- quite a few recent orders I and my family have placed have needed to be replaced due to poor quality (eg stocks being absolutely minuscule, flowers lasting less than a couple of days, or my most recent- packaging on part of the order arriving open and covered in bugs!) which isn’t something you expect given some of the prices. I hugely appreciate how lovely the customer care team are but also feel like maybe just improve the quality of the items you are sending out, I have terrible guilt whenever I have to complain about my order but the immense frustration when you send a gift for it to not be up to scratch is something that shouldn’t be happening”

“Good flowers arrived in cardboard box delivered by Royal Mail with good tracking and with correct arrival day Would have helped if flowers had some damp packaging but having trimmed the stems the flowers have revived well even in the current heat wave”
