“I have always loved your flowers and wild stems - I never have any problems with ordering and the deliveries to family and friends has always been good. “Having chosen The Anna Bouquet to send to my Aunt who was celebrating her 85th birthday I will say I was underwhelmed by the photo she sent me when they arrived. Whilst I appreciate that they arrive in a small box, they looked half dead and not what I or she had expected, certainly a lot greener than the pastel coloured bouquet that I had selected. Needless to say they did not go down too well. After a couple of days she sent me another picture and although they had flowered they weren't as colourful as I had expected based on the photo on the website. Maybe the mistake was sending them to an older person who did not expect flowers in a box. My fault. But will stick to big florist bouquets for older relatives in future.”
