“Ordering was easy, but I wanted my choice of flowers delivered on a Monday, had to settle for the Sunday before. My sister's flowers eventually arrived on the Tuesday and they were not the colourways that I wanted.”

“I am sadly disappointed with Bloom and Wild . I expected the delivery for Saturday and it wasn’t till Monday .. The flowers were in my friends words ‘very tired’. They are not the quality i expected and she added others to make it acceptable . Sad .”

“I’ve ordered flowers several times and had no issues, however this time the flowers were delivered 3 days late with no card which I had included within the order, so the recipient didn’t know who they were from. The tracking from the delivery supplier was inconsistent as I was not told the delivery had in fact gone ahead after is spoken with customer service. Disappointing but very helpful customer service agents who have assured me that I will receive a full refund.”

“I used to buy Bloom and Wild because the flowers lasted a long time. Since this summer I have noticed that they barely last 2 weeks. I put it down to the hot summer. Sunflowers recently barely lasted 2 weeks.”

“I ordered on a Wednesday evening and they arrived Friday morning. The packaging was superb and the little note about “your flowers are sleeping” was cute! Food supplied for first day and then 3rd day. This has worked a treat. Flowers and blooming lovely! Will be purchasing again.”
