I ordered flowers as a birthday gift to be delivered the day before my aunts birthday in the hope that they wouldn’t be late. They still haven’t been delivered and they are now 3 days late. I’ve never had issues with bloom and wild before, the blooms are always beautiful so this is frustrating that they’re so late.

The flowers were lovely. Unfortunately delivery was not as I ordered the flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine’s Day instead they got delivered on the 15th which defeated the whole object of the order so was not happy

Hello Taher, I'm so sorry to hear the flowers were not received until the 15th of February. I have just checked your tracking and it seems like the flowers were left at the door on the 14th of February, at 8pm. As this was one of our busiest days of the year, we did mention that the delivery timeframe was much wider than usual. Found the website a bit confusing. Ordered the Anna flowers at £16 sale price and at checkout I was charged £26. In the confusion missed the chance to leave a message. So phoned and the man who answered was very helpful and added one for me and then confirmed it by email. Thankyou .

Disappointed that flowers were not delivered on the planned date for sisters 70 th birthday so she hasn’t actually seen them yet as now away until Friday. Could be Royal Mail’s problem as it’s the first time this has happened to me with Bloom and Wild.

I ordered a tied bouquet for my son and his family as his wife's mum had died.....so to send love and sympathy. It was to arrive last Thursday...it did, but to the wrong address. The person I spoke to was adamant I had put the wrong house number on it. Royal Mail sent me a photo of the box at a front door....not our sons6house. I know for sure that I did not put the wrong house number on my order. My son went to the address where the flowers were...2 days later....and the person gave the flowers to him. It annoys me for 2 reasons: I did not put the wrong number and the recipient should not have taken the flowers....especially if they read the message of sympathy. I have been offered 50% off my next order ....it has been added to my account apparently but I dont have an account. All very unsatisfactory.

Have used Bloom and Wild many times , but had problem this time. I made my purchase , but missed the part about leaving message. Tried very unsuccssefully to efit account but to no avail . Tried to phone and again no joy. Did manage to speak yo someone next day but was too late to rectify. So was quite dissapointed.

I had added a note regarding delivery to leave the flowers by the back door behind the gate however, the postman decided to take the parcel back to the sorting office so when my 'older' mother was able to retrieve her flowers they were a bit bashed about and a couple of the stems probably won't open properly.

Die Lieferung hat zuverlässig und schnell geklappt. Die Blumen waren liebevoll verpackt und mit einer Anleitung versehen. Ich empfinde den Blumenstrauß aber viel kleiner als auf dem Bild angezeigt, da habe ich mir dann doch mehr erhofft..

The Flowers, I believe were lovely. However, a card was not left with the boxed flowers therefore the recipient had no idea who had sent them! Therefore I am very disappointed in the service and the fact that my friend had to enquire on a group email who had sent them. :(

The online order experience and the delivery were excellent. Unfortunately, after three days, my flowers are still yet to open completely, so they look a bit sad. Fortunately, the flowers were just for me and not a gift.

I loved Bloom & Wild last year & bought many bouquets. The postal strike impacted on a couple & Bloom & Wild's response was good but I lost confidence a bit. I have flowers constantly and I tried again with Bloom & Wild a week ago. Gorgeous when they came but I wasn't sure about the cost compared to blooms. However the roses haven't really come out and now all looking a bit sad. I love the concept and I've seen the quality but when confidence goes because of a couple of experiences it's hard not to go local again. I'm sure I'll try again in a while & hope the feedback helps.

This rating takes into account that, although the flowers have revived as my mum followed your instructions to the letter they looked brown and near death when they arrived. A balance is needed between the final revived bouquet which took over 24 hours, and the disappointment and puzzlement of receiving them. The surprise of receiving flowers is a big part of the pleasure.

I appreciate it is potentially not their fault but I ordered a day early as they had said that deliveries were not guaranteed to be same day. I checked with the courier after two days and the message was simply ‘contact the seller for a replacement, something went wrong’. Not only was there no update sent to me to alert me of this but as a result I missed the birthday of the intended recipient. B&W issued a refund but it is a shame to have missed my friend’s birthday and not have been notified.

Nicely package, flowers were in fair condition however the bunch isn't anything spectacular, I was disappointed by how middle of the road they are, especially compared to the photo.

Unfortunately the recipient of the flowers was disappointed and contacted B&W on Monday 9th Jan, who have very kindly offered to send a replacement bouquet. I'm disappointed that they weren't up to your normal standard, but pleased by your customer service
