The ordering service was quite easy but I noticed that there was no option to leave a telephone number for the receiver. If there was, I may have missed it. The flowers arrived at the address on the day but could not be delivered and the reason given was that the package did not fit in the letter box, I am not sure what happened but the receiver had to go to the Post Office to collect the parcel. My question is whether the receiver was contacted by telephone? The phone numbers (mine and the receiver) were added to the order via your Customer Service.

I asked for the message inside the card to be altered via email as I could not access my account as I forgot the password. I had no response to my email and the messsge was not altered

I really like the flowers but my recent delivery was a day late with no explanation. The implication in the email was that they weren't able to deliver but the recipient was in all day and lives in a numbered terraced house so it's not possible that was the issue. I understand delivery delays happen but it's not fair to suggest it's the customer's fault and not to admit it's just a delay

My friend said that the flowers looked sad when she unpacked them but had started to perk up the following day I tried to explain that that was normal and that they would last a long time Hopefully they will as any I have had from you have lasted a week or more

I've sent some lovely flowers from bloom and wild however sadly they are inconsistent. Sometimes gorgeous and sometimes half dead flowers aren't really what I want to send. Such a shame. A particularly bad bunch was resent and was still very poor quality I was given a credit and chose something else and when they arrived some of the flowers had been swapped out so didn't look like the picture. I couldn't be bothered to say anything as at least they were ok. I understand these are fresh but what's the point in choosing if the end product isn't what I ordered. When sending flowers I'm finding it embarrassing to ask 'are they nice and fresh?' and have friends say the thought was there rather than that they were gorgeous especially when I haven't picked the cheapest!

The products are brilliant, ordering is so difficult I had to get help from my daughter, I tried on line and couldn't get through,so I phoned and couldn't get the order, the person on the phone said it wasn't available. My daughter managed to order and the young lady who received my gift was delighted with it.

No problems ordering and there was a really lovely selection of flowers However I ordered letterbox flowers which weren't delivered by the via letterbox. Recipient had to collect herself the following day which wasn't satisfactory in this instance.

I Sent a plant to my bereaved sister in law.. it arrived very damaged which was very disappointing however she contacted the company before I was made aware of this and she was sent a replacement. I was glad to hear that but sad that she had to make a complaint in the first place at such a difficult time. I have been impressed with Bloom and Wild in the past and hope this is a one off.

Sadly their DPD Courier decided to leave the flowers at the local Co-op Store, rather than deliver them to the receipients actual address. I had to ring the store and ask if someone would kindly take them to the address, as the receipient was self isolating due to COVID. When the flowers finally arrived at their true destination the box was damaged and the flowers in a poor state. I'm yet to hear from BLOOM and WILD. This was my first order with them

Website was easy to use and flowers were delivered promptly. However flowers bore no resemblance to the arrangement ordered and appeared to contain a lot of greenery.

The flowers were delivered a day later than expected and although I understand it’s not a guarantee date the flowers certainly didn’t look great. They were easy to order with plenty of choice so no issue with any of the processes. I was disappointed for my friend who were they sent as a gift as her husband is critically in hospital.

I made two orders , one was for my mother in law and perfect thankfully 😉, the other was for a friends birthday , the flowers were just left on the doorstep when I chatted to someone on the chat bit online there were not very helpful , just said they’ve been delivered and to call the person and see (not any good as a suprise for birthday) so I just had to hope they were there when they got back.

Delivery was fine, on time as expected....BUT, the posie took the parcel back to the depot as he couldn't get the box through the letterbox. That surprised me ad we have just replaced our front door with a composite door. I tried it the next day when they redelivered and he was right, it wouldn't go through. Road mail did say he should have left it by the bins or somewhere as it was flowers.. other than that fine...

Happy with the process of ordering on the website and the prices were competitive. Disappointed with some of the greenery when the flowers arrived as they were wilted and broken - see photo. This arrangement was for a 70th birthday.

They arrived before the stated date which was great but the flowers themselves were not that great. The roses were brown on the outsides and where not very nice to look at. There was two broken stems which were thrown out. the droopy ones did buck up

Great range, varied prices. Ordering was very easy. The flowers were delivered late in the day and although boxed beautifully, once out the box and in the vase looked withered and not the best gift to open on your birthday. After 3 days started to look more alive but sadly didn’t represent the picture from which I chose my order.

Great service, lovely choice of flowers and straight forward website that makes it easy to order. I like the tracking system too. What lets it down was the “proof of delivery” which was a picture of a door and someone’s shoe. If the picture had included the flowers actually being delivered I would have given 5 stars.
