The actual flowers were lovely and my sister was very pleased with them. I have two things I was not happy with, one, is that the website did not let me leave a personalised message. The second thing is, I was asked on the screen to pay more for a guaranteed delivery that I could depend on. I agreed and paid more, only to find out that the flowers were not delivered and my sister had been waiting indoors all day for them. What was worse is that she was going to the hospital the next day, so when they were delivered she was not home to receive them properly.

Normally give B &W four stars but not been best experience this time unfortunately. Ordered three sparkle trees to send one each to my girls to arrive on 1st December. Two arrived as planned and girls thrilled. No sign of third so chased and was told they couldn't guarantee delivery on date because of postal strikes. As no strikes at the time I wasn't happy with this response obviously but was told it was in transit and should arrive next day - it didn't. The following day (3rd) I still heard nothing and the tracking still showed 'in transit' but apparently my daughter missed the attempted delivery ( I knew she wouldn't be in that day so would have never ordered for 3rd as I was actually seeing her and could have taken it myself! )Chased B & W who said they would arrange for new delivery on next available day - it's finally arrived today (5th). Disappointing as it was no longer the surprise I had hoped for.

Flowers were a day late late no communication from Bloom and Wild only from DPD who were unsure when the delivery would actually take place one communication stated that the package had been delivered at 0535 am not very happy. Flowers were ok when finally arrived

Having used Bloom and Wild many times successfully before, this time it was disappointing Flowers arrived a day late after the birthday and they were not the ones I ordered and were drooping!

I suppose it’s not their fault but I paid extra for next day delivery for the flowers to arrive on my mums birthday and due to Royal Mail strike, they came two days later. I expected a flower delivery service to use a courier which is why I chose to send my mum a gift this way in the first place.

I nominated Tuesday 22nd November for the date of delivery, they were then delivered on Wednesday, no one was at home even though they were supposed to be letterbox delivery, on rearranging delivery they will now be delivered on Saturday 26th. I hope that after spending nearly £30 on these flowers that they will still be good

Ordered some letter box flowers to say Thank you. Unfortunately, the post person did not post them (even though they would have fit through the letter box easily) or consider leaving with a neighbour as noted. Therefore the flowers had to be collected from the post office and were half dead! Disappointed, seeing as they are described as letter box flowers!

Flowers are beautiful. However they arrived the day after I requested (after purchasing I did notice a disclaimer to this effect). This meant that instead taking my flowers to a charity event I had to buy more from a store. As my cats eat everything inside these beautiful flowers are now hidden away in a bathroom.

The ordering service was quite easy but I noticed that there was no option to leave a telephone number for the receiver. If there was, I may have missed it. The flowers arrived at the address on the day but could not be delivered and the reason given was that the package did not fit in the letter box, I am not sure what happened but the receiver had to go to the Post Office to collect the parcel. My question is whether the receiver was contacted by telephone? The phone numbers (mine and the receiver) were added to the order via your Customer Service.

I really like the flowers but my recent delivery was a day late with no explanation. The implication in the email was that they weren't able to deliver but the recipient was in all day and lives in a numbered terraced house so it's not possible that was the issue. I understand delivery delays happen but it's not fair to suggest it's the customer's fault and not to admit it's just a delay

My friend said that the flowers looked sad when she unpacked them but had started to perk up the following day I tried to explain that that was normal and that they would last a long time Hopefully they will as any I have had from you have lasted a week or more

I've sent some lovely flowers from bloom and wild however sadly they are inconsistent. Sometimes gorgeous and sometimes half dead flowers aren't really what I want to send. Such a shame. A particularly bad bunch was resent and was still very poor quality I was given a credit and chose something else and when they arrived some of the flowers had been swapped out so didn't look like the picture. I couldn't be bothered to say anything as at least they were ok. I understand these are fresh but what's the point in choosing if the end product isn't what I ordered. When sending flowers I'm finding it embarrassing to ask 'are they nice and fresh?' and have friends say the thought was there rather than that they were gorgeous especially when I haven't picked the cheapest!

The products are brilliant, ordering is so difficult I had to get help from my daughter, I tried on line and couldn't get through,so I phoned and couldn't get the order, the person on the phone said it wasn't available. My daughter managed to order and the young lady who received my gift was delighted with it.

No problems ordering and there was a really lovely selection of flowers However I ordered letterbox flowers which weren't delivered by the via letterbox. Recipient had to collect herself the following day which wasn't satisfactory in this instance.

I Sent a plant to my bereaved sister in law.. it arrived very damaged which was very disappointing however she contacted the company before I was made aware of this and she was sent a replacement. I was glad to hear that but sad that she had to make a complaint in the first place at such a difficult time. I have been impressed with Bloom and Wild in the past and hope this is a one off.

Sadly their DPD Courier decided to leave the flowers at the local Co-op Store, rather than deliver them to the receipients actual address. I had to ring the store and ask if someone would kindly take them to the address, as the receipient was self isolating due to COVID. When the flowers finally arrived at their true destination the box was damaged and the flowers in a poor state. I'm yet to hear from BLOOM and WILD. This was my first order with them
