Royal Mail disregarded my instructions. I said if flowers couldn’t be posted/ delivered then to leave them with neighbour. They ignored this and left them in an outside porch. I have no idea if they were received as the recipient is ill.

The flowers are really nice. However they did not arrive at first even though Royal Mail said they had arrived. So I had the stress of having to email the company to make sure they were still going to send some, with the embarrassment of asking my recipient if they received anything, which removes the nice element of surprise. Then she received two bunches.

THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS EASY. HOWEVER, MY FRIEND WHO RECEIVED THE LETTER BOX FLOWERS REPORTED THAT SHE WAS INITIALLY DISAPPOINTED WHEN SHE OPENED THE BOX AND LOOKED AT HER FLOWERS BECAUSE THEY LOOKED A BIT TIRED. SHE SPENT SOME TIME RESUSCITATING THEM AND THEY LOOKED OKAY AND LASTED A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT.

We do send them in buds and without water, meaning they may need 24 to 48 hours to revive after they've had a trim and a drink. The delivery was delayed by a further day, so the flowers didn't arrive until the day after the event was planned. Also, I thought that although the flowers were beautiful, they were very expensive for the size of the bouquet received.

I wasn’t part of the 94% of customers that had their orders delivered the next day even though i had placed my order well before cut off time for next day delivery. Was unable to track the delivery also. And did not get any notification once the flowers were delivered. Probably won’t iuse again, although the flowers were lovely I am told .

Very nice assortment of blooms and bouquets and I like that some come with gifts too. The receiver of the bouquet I chose was very pleased, especially when the flowers came into full bloom However, I only gave 3 stars because I also bought a cake, which was very expensive for a small cake. I was lucky enough to be offered a piece of this cake from the recipient, and I was frankly disappointed. Yes, it was nice but it wasn't special and nowhere near worth £21.00. I have bought better tasting cakes from high street shops and supermarkets to be honest.

I recently arranged flowers for a co-worker to express our team`s sympathy and the flowers arrived 2 days late and he received not 1 but 2 of the same bouquets.

Flowers are usually amazing and great value for money. Unfortunately, I opted for free delivery, it has always been reliable in the past. On this occasion, the flowers got stuck in a depot for 4 days and arrived dead! Not really the companys fault, but just to make other customers aware, it's probably better to opt to pay for delivery.

Easy ordering experience and flowers delivered on time. However the sunflowers never opened and lasted less than 5 days. Very disappointed.

I assume the flowers were beautiful but the recipient never recieved them. I had placed an old address down and tried to change it a least 24 hrs before and I was told I couldn't. Even though the address was around the corner. I was a little gutted as I've bought so much from bloom and wild. I don't normally have any issue. I have recieved 50% off my next order but that doesn't help as I've already spent £34 on flowers that weren't benefitted from.

I’d give 2 stars for the quality of my initial bouquet, as it was very disappointing and looked a mess to be honest. The flowers were yellowing, extremely droopy & past their best. However I’d give 4 stars for the customer service in resolving this matter to an amicable solution. Slightly time-consuming to put in the initial complaint online, as initial response was to give the flowers a couple of days to perk up. So had to write out the problems and upload photos twice. Redelivery of an alternate bouquet a few days later and a small credit towards another order. So averaged out at 3 stars.

Ordering was easy, I used as the recipient wasn't local to me, I was disappointed as I wanted the flowers to be a pleasant surprise for a good deed but I had to prompt the recipient to look for the bouquet otherwise they wouldn't have realised I had sent them

Was a bit disappointed with the flowers I received as a gift. It was a bunch of gladioli and at least 3 stems did not open. They were quite bashed about when they arrived but that is down to the carrier. They only lasted a week. I have sent flowers and the ordering process is easy online.

Flowers were a bit battered & flower food was placed at wet stems in box so had disintegrated.

I can't comment on how the flowers are, but I can comment on the ordering process, which took 2 of us over an hour each to try and order. The 1st time we spent ages putting together an order for 2 of our colleagues that are unwell. The money was taken from the account but received no order confirmation. We then contacted you, who had said that the order hadn't gone through. We then had to wait for a refund before we could then order again. The 2nd time we then spent ages putting it altogether, but the ordering process is 'clunky' and long winded. We had enough money to buy each colleague some flowers and a gift. However, you can't add to a 'basket' and have to 'send' but there are only 3 gifts that you recommend and none of them were what we wanted. So we had to order 1 bunch of flowers, complete delivery details etc. Then we had to go to the gifts, find one, complete delivery details etc. Then order another bunch of flowers, complete details, then go to gifts, and complete details. The best way would be to add your chosen flowers and gift to a basket and then complete details. We would have only had to do this twice instead of 4 times. I then ordered another bunch of flowers for someone who had just had a recent bereavement, so I then did it 5 times (unfortunately, the bereaved person went away so her flowers are just sitting on the porch, but that was my fault for not checking first). So I can't comment as to whether there was any damage to the parcels.
