I’ve recently received 4 bunches of flowers from bloom and wild - it’s a lovely gift when you receive them and I’m impressed they are still running despite the virus. unfortunately, I’ve found the quality of the flowers in the last few months is very poor, When they arrived some stems were broken and foliage wilted, and within a day or two most of the head are going slightly brown, and certainly dead within a week, (with the exception of the tulips that arrived with there bulbs, but dead foliage). Flowers from other shops have been fresh despite delays from COVID. While the company model is very good, the flowers are just disappointing and exceptionally expensive. With experience working in a florist I learnt that a £30 bunch of fresh flowers should last up to 3 weeks - these are unfortunately not good enough at the moment.

Very disappointed with my Millie bouquet two of the roses started to go brown straight away and now there’s another rose brown.

Sent the Spring Meadow flowers to mum for her birthday. They arrived today and I’m disappointed. The quality isn’t great and definitely a massive difference in the number of flowers sent to that in the picture. I understand you don’t get exactly the same but there is a huge difference. 2 out of 3 of the ‘focal’ flowers have snapped or are bent.

Realise that the flowers come pre bloom but when taking them out they really did look close to death. Although followed the instructions, the flowers never really became like the photograph. Unfortunately I don’t think I will re use this company.

Sadly the sunflowers were very disappointing and floppy and remained so after 24 hours. However, my daughter contacted Customer Services, who apologised and a replacement bouquet was sent the next day. They were lovely. This would not stop me from using Bloom and Wild in the future.

The flowers did not arrive our friends had to go and look for them .. two days late we were embarrassed because the flowers were from our church community to celebrate the arrival of their baby You were recommended by a friend but we did not get any discount because the electronic form kept saying not known

I ordered 'The Soleil' boquet to be delivered for my daughters birthday. Ordering was easy and they were delivered on the agreed date. The disappointment was that she followed the care instructions but the flowers did not revive properly and by day 3 were very sad looking. She was very disappointed

Ordered 2 Kiera bouquet on arrival none looked anything like they should. One type of flower missing and another replaced by something that did not resemble what it had replaced. Although it said the flowers were sleeping, the roses, except 2 were fully open. Spent a fortune on these. Very disappointing !

We try our best to send out the blooms as promised however we do explain when ordering that there may be times where we may substitute stems but only ever with equally as suiting and upgraded, great quality stems. I requested delivery of this plant gift on my granddaughter’s birthday, 17th April. Understandable that the current Covid19situation is difficult, but Royal Mail let us all down as delivery not made until 18th April, despite Jubilee MC being fairly near to Guildford. Very disappointing. My wife has received flowers from you twice and they have been wonderful so we ordered some for a friend for easter but when she showed them to us a hour after receiving them we were very disappointed at their condition. They were droopy and 2 stems were broken on the Alstroemeria and nothing in the bunch looked like it would last very long.

Sorry to add a poor review and to be honest this was probably due to delayed delivery caused by Easter/Coronavirus. My monthly bouquet, the Tessa, arrived today, 14th, having been dispatched on 7th and sadly most of the foliage is shrivelled and yellow while the roses are quite dried and papery. I doubt very much that they will revive. Only the freesias seem to have survived a week in transit. I am sure this bouquet left in perfect condition but transport to Northern Ireland at busy times (this happened with my first bouquet at Christmas too) seems to take much longer. Maybe you could take this into consideration for future NI deliveries?

I am very sorry to write this but I am not impressed, the flowers arrived on the day specified but some of the flowers appeared dead. Even after a couple of hours in water they didn’t improve. By day 3 changing the water etc about 25% of the flowers have wilted (the vase was not in direct sunlight).

Hi I ordered this the Spring Bouquet for my wife because it contained her favourite flowers, Freesias, but these were almost dead when the bouquet arrived and the others looked a bit tired but perked up a little bit later on. Peter Langridge

The delivery arrived a day late despite being arranged several days before. B&W do say in the small print that this might happen. But when it is something important like your Mothers Birthday it is a real shame. This should be made much clearer at the time of order. The flowers however, were good.

I bought flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day as I couldn’t be with her due to covid-19. They had to be sent out twice as the first ones came snapped and dead. The second set really were not much better. Not a service I’ll use again as for £40 I would expect a much better quality.

I was disappointed with my Mother’s Day gift for my mum , I paid £41 and did not think that the window sill box was worth the money it is smaller than expected and looks very cheap. I will not be purchasing from here again

I am never normally someone that complains but sadly the flowers were really wilted and droopy on arrival. For the price in particular, this is not acceptable, but never ok when ordering flowers. It’s a basic requirement. Really disappointing.

Really disappointed with the quality of the succulent tray I ordered my sister for her birthday during Covid19 when we couldnt actually see each other. Quality poor (lack of moss compared with marketing pics) and the plants appear to have been damaged in transit. System to feedback to customer service also really poor hence resorting to leaving this review
