Really gone downhill recently. 2 bunches now really poor quality. Very disappointing when they are gifts.

Ordered the Alexa and disappointed at what arrived. Picture shows a fair amount of peonies also said in the description and picture that it would have freesias. 3 peonies included no freesias but carnations instead. Carnations are awful. Not value for money at all. Won’t be ordering again.

I have had two orders from Bloom and Wild. The first was fantastic quality - really beautiful - and lasted 10 days even in the very hot weather. The second which I ordered for my birthday were extremely disappointing. The peonies never actually came out but the buds looked as though they would have been white, not pink. The frésias were dead in three days and there was no perfume. All the flowers were dead in six days even though the weather was much cooler than my first order. I am an old aged pensioner who was 69 on 29 May. I was sad and disappointed. You don’t need to publish my review unless you want to. I never thought to take a photo.

The flower was wonderful, but the delivery service was terrible. The delivery man acted in a very unpleasant way to the person who was getting the flowers (telling her in an aggressive way that the phone number that I gave didn't work and that she should make sure that she got the right one) . She was a bit upset by that, which is no go for me. Sorry but I won't use your services anymore, this man's attitude was totally out of line. Bests, Gautier Dubois

I received the millie flowers during the hot sunny period, lasted 5 days, roses did not open at all, kept them in the shade in the coolest room in the house. disappointed

I got an nhs discount and wanted to surprise a friend. The selection of flowers and the price after the discount were very good, the delivery timely and without any delays. Unfortunately my friend received nothing like wat was shown in the picture of the bouquet "the cleo". She got mostly greenery with few flowers, very underwhelming.

Very disappointed by the customer service and negative approach to resolving what should have been a simple issue. Such a shame as I have previously been very satisfied with the service and quality of the beautiful flowers.

Unfortunately the flowers arrived in a poor state and one bloom was broken and all very droopy. It took a couple of days for them to revive. I have received flowers from you , so wanted to send to my sister for a cheery feelgood surprise. Such a shame not certain that I would use your company again.

Sadly the flowers arrived half dead which was extra upsetting seeing as they were for a friend whose dad had just died. I have never had issues before, have been using B&W often. But this was from a group of friends and people are now saying they won't use B&W again - I really recommended them and now people are upset this ruined the experience. So upset! Tried to upload the message from my friend who received them but won't let me do it on phone.

Ordered flowers way before date didn’t arrive on date it actually arrived 4 days late ! Thus missing my partners birthday I always had got her some flowers to brighten her day for passed 5 years this year knowing covid virus would have an effect I ordered in plenty of time but still four days late when we did get them it was all leafs and greenery hardly any flowers turned up half dead cos postage problems ! However can’t really complain as got a refund and was quick but spoiled the whole experience won’t use the service again I’d rather go local like most of times shame

Unfortunately the quality of the flowers were poor and stems broken on arrival. I was very disappointed as it was a gift for my sister in law. She had to tell me about their condition and had contacted the company. A new bunch was sent and was marginally better.

My daughter ordered some flowers for my mums birthday and within a few days they had started to wilt despite following the instructions. She also got some flowers from a supermarket and they are still going strong despite costing a fraction of the price. I’m sorry but very impressed.

The flowers I ordered for my mum got delivered on Thursday and the sunflowers were dead on the Saturday. I am very disappointed as my mum was feeling down lately as she has been sheiding for over 7 weeks so I thought I would send her flowers to cheer her up and my friends have used Bloom & Wild and the flowers have lasted for a long time. So you can image my disappointed when she told me they were dead after only 2 days of receiving them. I couldn't take a photo as I can't go into her house and she doesn't have a phone that can take photos. Order number - 116838931 The Soleil Thank you Diane

My Daughter sent me flowers lovely surprise opened box & oh dear the flowers didn't look good i went on to website followed their instructions ever hopeful they would bloom but sadly not feel awful as don't wish to tell my Daughter i have sent an email to bloom & wild im sure i will hear from them soon

I reieved the Jennifer bouquet last week for my birthday . I followed all the booklet instructions added the plant food trimmed them etc. Sat them away from light and heat .but the flowers just look raggy and not very fresh . They have not revived at all . I wouldn't order them myself now I have seen what they look like. No way are they worth £50 for a small bunch of not very fresh looking flowers.

Flowers arrived in good time but most of them never seemed to really bloom and the ones that did lasted less than 2 days. Colours also weren't great.

Flowers arrived very wilted and greenery was losing its colour and fading to yellow. 12 plant stems hardly worth the money and even after 24 hours they are still drooping. Would not recommend

Not delivered on the Sat came on the Mon and not all blooms picked up but I believe this is now sorted after the recipient contacted you. Not your fault but the postal service
