“The flowers are beautiful but one stem arrived snapped (was clearly snapped before delivery as there had been an attempt to tape it) but the taping hasn’t helped and that stem seems to have died”

“Ordered flowers for a birthday and they notified, after id paid, they may not arrive on the day they said they would. Guess what? They didnt arrive. What's the point if you can deliver a birthday bouquet on the birthday. Dont care about quality etc. Completely pointless getting them late. And offering £5 off my next order. There won't be one.”
