“Flowers were for my mother's 80th birthday. Arrived as a kit, was all over the place, my mother had to replant and fix everything. Delivery drivers are useless. Avoid”

“Have used Bloom & Wild without issue for years. However, my most recent order was ruined by Royal Mails incompetence. Flowers arrived at the Canterbury depot 21st Sept at 6.45 am (the day of recipient's 60th birthday). They kept the box all day which I assume was obvious it was flowers, choosing to deliver at the very end of the following day at 6.34 pm. Not impressed!”
