“The flowers were ordered for delivery on Sunday 1st February for my 80 year old aunty who will be experiencing some very difficult days with anniversaries in the coming days. I unfortunately did not complete the postcode and put N7 instead of NR7 for Norwich. The flowers were still in the London Central DC on 2/2/26 after a journey back and forth to Finsbury Park DC. The flowers were dispatched either on Saturday or early Sunday morning, therefore, they are a few days old. I asked to cancel the order so that my aunty did not receive substandard wilting flowers and was told that I could not. How very disappointing. I DO NOT WANT HER TO RECEIVE THESE NOW as she is receiving a bouquet of fresh flowers today 3rd February from Marks and Spencer. On 4/02/2026 the flowers were finally delivered, however, my aunty said that they were not up to the usual standard and that some of them were broken. WELL DONE BLOOM& WILD - REALLY!”

“Wonderful selection. Easy to order and almost delivered when promised - not a bad thing when one order arrived a day early! Bouquets were much appreciated by the 2 friends I sent them to. And there was a 'surprise' accompanying them which I didn't know about - I think it was chocolates. Very happy and will use again.”

“I ordered a rose plant for a friend who was recovering from an operation. It was well received but I was surprised that it wasn't delivered in the pot, and the pot was canvas and not waterproof, it seems that was extra. However, fortunately a pot was found and it looks very nice.”
