“The concept of flowers that arrive effectively in bud and then develop over a day or two is very good. The flower selection is always good and a great combination of varieties. The packaging works well and delivery usually arrives on schedule. Overall a very good and value service.”

They are especially happy to see how the flowers open and blossom after unpacking. “I have sent flowers through Bloom and Wild quite a few times now and always been very happy with the service. On this occasion, there was a problem with Royal Mail delivering the order, but I didn’t have to wait to find this out - I was contacted by the customer delight team straight away. We exchanged a few emails over the course. Sadly the flowers did not survive the delay in the heat, but a replacement was sent to compensate and the recipient was delighted with them! The team were amazing and could not have been more helpful. I can see why they are called the customer delight team - huge thanks to them!”
