“Ordered a Zero Waste bouquet with standard delivery. No delivery date chosen as I just wanted it to be delivered asap. Two weeks later it still hadn't arrived. Customer service chat was no good. And then the customer service agent kept telling me delivery date I'd chosen was April 1st, even though I hadn't chosen a delivery date, and that the system wouldn't have had any default delivery date but that I'd have had to have put the date of April 1st in to continue to place the order. He wouldn't look into my problem and didn't help me. I then asked for someone to phone me. My husband took the phone call from Customer service when they phoned me after I'd left a message for them to call. He had the same problem, being told it was me that had chosen April first, eventually he was advised that all they could do is cancel the order and place another order on-line. He wasn't happy that the actual problem hadn't been dealt with. Eventually the agent spoke to their manager and was told it had been a default delivery date on the system.The agent cancelled the order and told us to reorder. My husband asked what could be done to help us with the fact it wasn't my fault that the bouquet hadn't been sent within a couple of days or ordering as I'd expected it to be. The agent said he add £5 to my account as compensation towards the next order. When I went online to place another order To was going to use the £5 credit to pay for express delivery, to try to make up for the fact that the bouquet was two weeks late. I soon discovered using a discount code that was displayed on the website gave me more discount (even with express delivery) than using my £5 credit, so I'll be ended up not using it. I will never use Bloom & Wild again because of the system not telling me the delivery wasn't going to be for 3 weeks, and because customer services would not believe me or help rectify the problem.”

“I have used Bloom and Wild quite few times now. Everyone I've sent to have been very pleased with their plant/flowers. I have myself received from Bloom and Wild and also been very pleased, still can't get over how the letterbox flowers survive but they do! I love the Xmas tree's at Xmas. Will definitely keep using their site.”
