“Great if you are ordering for yourself or for a friend as they can be delivered straight to where they need to go. Also love the card options too great if they are for a present. Only thing worth mentioning that they might need a few hours in water to look their best so don’t be alarmed when you open them”

“It took a good while to choose the flowers for my mum as she is very particular. Unfortunately, on arrival the flowers were not the same colours of those on the website. Some of the flowers were not in the selection my mum received. Whilst the flowers were good. They were not what was ordered so I’m disappointed. I’m not sure of the point of having images on a website if this is not attainable to deliver.”

“Flowers were really nice, sent as a gift and I’m informed best ones they’ve had for a while - having stopped using B&W for a while due to the quality not being great this was good to hear. Signed up to their loyalty programme where I was told I’d get a credit but couldn’t find the credit anywhere when I came to pay hence the 4 rather than 5 star review”

“The customer service at Bloom & Wild is amazing! Whenever I needed help, they were always quick to respond and incredibly supportive, even when I wasn’t able to check my emails. As a person from the United States who values a trustworthy company to handle gifts with care in the UK, I’m truly impressed. As a fan of sending gifts for different reasons, I love the beautiful variety they offer and how often they refresh their selection. I only wish they operated in the U.S. as well, it’s honestly easier for me to order through their website than to spend hours going from shop to shop trying to find the right gift. The wide range of prices also makes it accessible for any budget or occasion. Highly recommend!”

“My first time ordering from Bloom & Wild the flowers arrived late (3days) my second time the flowers arrived late (3 days) Bloom& Wild say there is a chance your delivery due today is one of the small % that will be delayed due to issues in the Royal Mail network.”
