“Having received flowers always happy, on sending recent flowers not very happy. Flowers were sent as a surprise, delivered in the dark, confirmation of delivery shows flower box half out of mailbox. The house is gated and flowers could have been taken. Had to phone relative to see if flowers were still there, no bell or intercom was used by delivery person. Luckily flowers were still hanging out of mailbox. Bit late for delivering flowers, were retrieved at 7.50 pm. Flowers were sent to a relative in a different town.”
