“I love the quality and variety offered by Bloom & Wild and the flowers always last ages. However, they are let down by their delivery...my orders nearly always arrive a day later than I would have wanted, sadly”

“The flowers are lovely. Delivered on time, but unfortunately although they were " letterbox" flowers, they were not put through the letterbox. They were left at front of house under a bench and I had to contact my daughter to ask her to look for them .”

“Hi I am really pleased with the product. However I am extremely displeased with the cancellation process as I had had a change of plans and did not want to send them anymore I called up and was given NO options to cancel, even though it was not long at all after ordering it and the delivery dat was days away.”

I’m so sorry, though, to hear about your experience when trying to cancel your order. That’s absolutely not the smooth experience we want for our customers, and I can completely understand how frustrating that must have felt, especially so soon after placing your order. If an order is placed for delivery the following day, we usually only allow up to an hour time slot immediately after the order is placed to edit any details, which can be done via your online account under the My Orders section. If an order is placed further in advance and not for next-day delivery, we often have longer to be able to edit the details, but there is a cut-off point at which the system does not allow any further changes.
