“I ordered 2 bouquets from Bloom and Wild for family members following a sad bereavement. I have used them before and always loved the flowers. Unfortunately, this time they were delivered during the recent heatwave and left on the doorsteps of both houses in full sun and 40 degrees+ temperatures. When the recipients returned home from the hospital both boxes were very hot and although they were placed in water as soon as possible neither bouquet could be revived.. such a shame as I know they are amazing flowers”

“Always excellent - however I would like my reward points to be easier to use ie offered on an order if there are rewards due - and then have to option to take it or leave it to add more rewards to. Too fiddly finding it”

“Another beautiful bouquet 💐 I have used bloom and wild now for about 6 yrs. On one occasion I wasn't happy with the service and this was dealt with quickly efficiently and to great satisfaction. Definitely my choice of company for flowers yo be delivered. Fantastic choice of beautiful flowers”

“I've ordered flowers previously and they have always been well received. This time I ordered Brownies to be delivered, unfortunately during the hottest week, but I believe they survived and were enjoyed. Delivered on the specified date.”
