“My boys always send me bloom and wild flowers. They are absolutely lovely. I have now sent letterbox flowers to a friend who is similarly very impressed. They are beautiful. They last for ages. I think also such good value. My friend also very much liked the hug cookie! Packaging is eco friendly. Communication is exemplary. Ordering was so easy. Thank you. 💐”

“They were delivered on time , which is fantastic. The flowers on arrival looked as if they were dead. The lady who received them followed the instructions anyway and hoped for the best. The next morning they were brilliant. The lady asked if she could have some of the stuff she put in the flowers. 🤣🤣🤣🤣”

“Hi , I had been using the same company for many years . But I was disappointed with their Customer Service response after a valid complaint. Used Bloom and Wild for the first time . I more professional Wedsite .I had to contact their Customer Service after I made a silly mistake when ordering . Excellent ! Sorted out over the phone in 5 minutes by a genuinely interested young lady . Thanks to the Bloom and Wild team .Will be using you all the time in future. Best Regard , Philip”

“Ordered on Tuesday evening, it came about 1pm the following day. Very convenient, quick and quite reasonably priced too. The flowers were also beautiful, my wife was very pleased. The included photo is from 5 days after receiving and they still look good.”

“Bought flowers from Bloom and Wild for my mum. The ordering process was very easy and the blooms were delivered exactly when I was told. The flowers were lovely and fresh and buds just starting to open out. My mum thought they were beautiful. Would definitely recommend”

“Ordering was fine. Sometimes you want to just order flowers not all the extras yet you still have to go through every extra available. People who want the extras should be able to go to an extras point. Delivery wasn’t on time despite being told it was being delivered by 9am. I ordered letterbox flowers so they could be put through letterbox but they were thrown into porch by Royal Mail- ridiculous. I’ve given 4 stars purely because the flowers were beautiful and exactly what I ordered.”
