“B&Wild service is reliably good and flowers always arrive on time. And I appreciate being able to order at fairly 'last minute' and often being able to send thinds with short notice. These are strong points for me. The range of flower options is great and I really appreciate special offers...prices sometimes make me think twice! I admit to finding the ordering process a bit of a trial. I don't know if it's the system or just me. I quite often "lose" the entire process and have more than one restart before I have sucess.”

“Flowers and customer service always great...only downside on occasion has been the standard of delivery. This has included delivery to wrong address or leaving on our step instead of posting through letterbox.”

“I have been using the service for a couple of years now. I live in the USA and my family are in Scotland. I particularly use this to send flowers to my mother whenever the urge strikes me. She loves that your flowers are sent with some still to open. She enjoys arranging them to her preference and she says they always last a long time and that she has never had any arrive looking tired. I enjoy the ease of ordering the wide variety of choices and the swiftness of delivery. The website makes it very easy for me to get what I need to where I need it, when i need it. Highly recommend.”
