“Wouldn’t give a star Hit or a miss sometimes good flowers but mostly poor quality die within a day or arrive half dead and don’t care once they have your money no customer service whatsoever given a second chance still the same rubbish with the same excuses”

“As usual all the staff cannot be more helpful I had a problem with a picture of a friend on my congratulations card and I received first class help with this she received her card and a gift of a candle and she rang to say she loved them both Happy Days”

“The ordering process is so easy and they have a wonderful choice of gifts and other items. I choose a lovely afternoon tea hamper and the recipient was absolutely thrilled with the contents. There wasn't even a crumb left in sight when they had finished. Greate service and a brilliant company.”

“I honestly couldn’t be happier! Great customer service, order was easily tracked, love the idea of the receiver watching the flowers bloom! Such good value aswell. Only thing I would say is I intentionally bought some letter box flowers, however they were left behind a bin? Which isn’t ideal. Other than that I am happy 😊”
