“As always outstanding! The order was put in online on a Sunday for hoped for delivery Monday. The recipient was absolutely thrilled to find a letterbox beautiful arrangement waiting for her on a return from a great 60th Birthday treat. It was indeed the cherry on the top for her. Thank You Bloom and Wild! You have never let me down!”

“I love this company! Plenty of choices albeit flowers or gifts, for any occasion, happy or sad. I am always kept up to date with delivery information, and the packaging is strong enough to land through letterboxes 😊. I have used Bloom & Wild for years, and recommend to everyone. And no, I don’t work for them 😃.”

“Would have given 5 in the past but recently did a 3 month subscription which was a bit disappointing the 1st was excellent the 2nd not so good but the 3rd was very disappointing poor flowers and did not last .”

“Lovely flowers to choose from. Very efficient service at a reasonable price and the recipient was very pleased. The flowers look very healthy and have already lasted nearly five days. Great to have updates do you know your order is on its way snd then delivered.”

“Ordered a letterbox flowers as a thank you gift. Was booked for next day delivery which was what I wanted, by teatime of the next day was told it was delayed and may not happen. Then an hour later had a message saying delivered. The following day I waited for feedbacj from the recipient which was not forthcoming. I checked with them no flowers received at all. Raised with Bloom & Wild after several emails got a credit to my account. Firstly my thoughtful gift never happened and what use is a credit fior a company who is so unreliable I wont use again ?”

“I ordered a large bouquet to arrive for my Aunt's 87th burthday. I specifically wanted it to arrive at her home on the day, so her family and carers would be there to help her with them. It was also important they arrived on the day as it was my Aunt's first birthday without her husband, my uncle, who had died the previous month. Well, Royal Mail lost the delivery! I spent the entire day tracking the package, eventually realising they weren't going to arrive. I phoned your customer services, (who, like so many companies, are now based overseas), and they arranged for another bouquet to be sent, this time by DPD. These did then arrive, although sadly, two days after my Aunt's birthday. All in all, a disappointing experience. May I suggest you stop using Royal Mail, as they are clearly no longer fit for purpose / unrealiable.”

“Ordering was straight forward and flowers were good. The problem is using Royal Mail to deliver. My order was sent by Royal Mail to an incorrect sorting office in another county. Hence they were late arriving and by the time they were delivered the person they were for had moved. Its not the first time this has happened. A good product that is good value but let down by delivery service.”
