I would not recommend ordering flowers from this company, my flowers arrived with one dead flower and one looking limp, this one did revive but died after three days, one type started shedding buds from day one, the carnations never bloomed and it was sent with a twig of greenery which must have been what you reject after cutting a stem. It is a shame as potentially it was a very pretty bouquet, two types of flowers did their job.

Have bought flowers from Bloom and Wild several times and have loved all of them. I recently bought the Anoushka, I was disappointed to see barely any of the stems I was expecting. I understand having a problem getting 1 or 2 of the stems (this has happened every time I’ve ordered), but I didn’t receive the carnations, the 2 types of eucalyptus or the limonium, the roses I received are also a different colour. Pretty much the only flower from the original arrangement was the Stock. I wish there was a way of letting us know the supply of the flowers so we’d know in advance how different the arrangement would be. Disappointing from what is normally a really great service.

I'm massive fan of B&W's flowers, so I thought I'd try ordering a house plant this time and ordered the Peacock. I struggled a bit to know which plant to order as I was unclear what room / conditions it would be best suited to at home and also have to care for it. When the plant arrived it was nicely packaged but my plant was bruised and and very small (I would expect more for £42!) I was also expecting instructions with my plant but they were missing, so I'm not sure how I need to look after it. I also received a birthday card with it, which was a little odd, as I'd ordered it for myself. On the plus side, the plant pot is beautiful and very good quality and my plant arrived on time.

I was recommended the company from a friend and sent some flowers for my mothers birthday, something i thought would brighten her day considering she had been in lockdown since March. Unfortunately after some coaxing my mom admitted the flowers had arrived quite worse off and they had never really recovered using the plant food and water. The pictures online look great but its not worth it if the real thing isn't up to scratch.

I was really disappointed by my order. The delivery was good a quick. However, the bouquet was very different from the image on the website. There was a note in the parcel that explained that if a certain flower from a bouquet was unavailable (due to seasonality, I believe) it would be replaced by another one that was available at that time. Fair enough. However, there was more than one flower replaced. If half the flowers are being replaced by a different flower, perhaps it may have been better to mark the bouquet as 'unavailable'? I would have ordered a different one (or used a different company) had I known, especially considering the price of £28. This bouquet looks really different from what I thought I was ordering unfortunately.

Ordered the Monique for my mum for Christmas as she had a purple and orange colour scheme. I understood that the colours may not be exactly as depicted but assumed they would be something close. I was pretty disappointed when they arrived- there were orange roses, as depicted, and pink ones although these were a different shade of pink to those pictures. This would have been fine, but instead of the contrasting plummy coloured roses depicted on the website, the third colour of roses was white which really changed the colour scheme. Unfortunately we’d been put in Tier 4 lockdown by this time so I kept the flowers and gifted them anyway as I couldn’t get out for last minute Christmas shopping, but won’t be ordering again.

The booking and delivery all went very well, unfortunately the flowers received were apparently half dead, although they did revive when put in water, I am hoping this was because it was the first delivery date 4th Jan i could get after Christmas (30/12 2020, but as i could not get an earlier date I would have thought the flowers would have been supplied after Christmas and therefore been very fresh. Hence my low rating.

I think that you should make potential customers aware that there is a default setting for the delivery of items BEFORE checkout. I did not want my order to be taken to a neighbour’s home if the recipient was out but I was not given a choice in the matter! Things like this negate the whole gift-giving experience. Have used B&W quite a lot (with mixed results). I wouldn’t consider ordering again until I can have some control over delivery arrangements thank you.

Arrived on time but not in great condition. Package was intact but a lot of berries were loose. Not up to usual standard I get from you.

Very very disappointed. Flowers arrived brown and with rotten berries. Tried to send details via their online complaints page as I was busy at work only for this to be stuck in a loop. Got hold of complaints who offered to replace the bouquet but there would be a delay of 3 days! This when I had paid extra to have them delivered on a set date. Ended up agreeing to that and had my extra delivery charge refunded. One of my first orders and will not be using again.

The blooms were not fresh. The petals on the five roses start to fall on Christmas Day and some of the fillers were not fresh either. The holly was the only bloom that was delightful.

I had ordered my mum a bouquet to be delivered yesterday (23rd December) because of the current climate I hadn't seen my mum for a few months. Was disappointed & upset to find that not only the wrong greeting card was sent with the bouquet but the wrong flowers had also been sent (obviously someone else's) the lovely lady at Bloom &Wild apologised for the error, told mum to keep the flowers as an apology & would re-send my bouquet out again to be delivered on Christmas Eve ! My mum did indeed receive another bouquet today, however the correct card but again the incorrect flowers !! The bouquet she received was the same as the previous ones, actually worth £20 less than what I had paid after I'd looked up the flowers she'd received ! I have been given a full refund but it's not ideal as it wasn't what I wanted ! Just wanted mum to get a lovely big bouquet of flowers being as she's not only having to spend Christmas day alone but also boxing day (her birthday)

Very disappointed this time, although following all your instructions the roses began to die within 3days . They had arrived in the time stated and delivered correctly so this wasnt down to the PO not

I’ve been using you for a couple of years now. I did expect challenges this year with the virus on my monthly order, and the quality did indeed drop. I have subscribed for a 3rd year, and upgraded to offset the brexit/COVID issues, but having received the first batch we are less than impressed with the quality, so unless things improve will not be a customer when the time comes to renew.

I ordered a mini decorated tree for my sister. The tree arrived on time and in good condition but it was the WRONG tree. I ordered the Christmas stars tree and she received the colouring in tree. Not that suitable for an unwell 62 year old!.

The flowers arrived on time but dint look the best when the box was opened.. have giver it 48hrs and flowers are dying already. Changed the water and food on day 3 but Rose's are dead and few others didnt even open. X The review wont let me post a photo.

It is a great idea and made our Daughter very happy to receive them, though some of the flowers have not lasted and have died.. This is perhaps in view of the delivery?

Ordered flowers for my wife, it arrived on time but they skimped out! Doesn't even fill the vase. Not only that some of the flowers came half broken. I'm truly disappointed.

Made my first order with bloom & wild and I was extremely disappointed with how the flowers came and 48hr after still no life in them. Flowers came half dead... One of the flowers were delivered to the wrong depot which caused more issues then the other order said it was delivered when it wasn’t. My first and last time ordering.
