My order never arrived on the expected day. I placed the order on Monday & it never arrived until Thursday what was disappointing. I have never had trouble in the past

Whilst it's never what we would want, unfortunately with our standard Royal Mail service, there is just a very small chance that the flowers could arrive the day after. My Mum said her flowers were delivered to the wrong address and by the time they got to her they were not very fresh

Unfortunately some of the roses have died in the bud. This being the case, I will not be purchasing again.

Flowers arrived a day later than expected, only half the flowers recovered from their prolonged journey and customer services didn’t think it was a major problem. My mother whose birthday they were for was disappointed and so was I. Not a great first impression.

Hello there, thank you for your review, though we're of course so sorry to hear of the delay to your Mother's blooms! Sadly, Royal Mail delivery can take an extra day to arrive, though the blooms should usually hold up well in post - I'm sorry to hear this wasn't the case. I can see that a replacement bouquet is on it's way to her, but don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can help you with in the meantime.

I have used bloom and wild several times before with no issue but have been severely let down this time when sending a Thankyou to someone very dear to me. The flowers arrived with the head of the focal flower completely snapped and generally looking like they had been stamped on!!

"The Violet" was ordered on Friday July 13 for delivery on Tuesday July 17 for our daughter's birthday. An adequate lead-in time, you may have thought. It arrived a day late in a somewhat sorry state (see picture). Having used Bloom&Wild previously and been happy with the products and service, on this occasion we were deeply disappointed and will think long and hard before using them again.

Hello Michelle, I am so sorry your blooms were delayed and this impacted their quality. They should not have been impacted in this way from the journey as Royal Mail is occasionally a two day delivery service so we design our bouquets with this in mind. I've just phoned the recipient of the flowers and asked her if they'd been nice. Unfortunately she was disappointed with them - they didn't flower as they should have done and were put out after a week. Having paid £23 for them I feel that I didn't get value for money. I don't have a photo to send.

The reason for the rating was the flowers arrived late the order was placed in plenty of time the company dispatched them on time but the method of delivery from Royal Mail let us both down . They were to be delivered on Saturday and arrived on Tuesday. The company were very good offered to resend credit or refund I have taken the refund as the reason for the flowers on that day has passed .

Unfortunately, our standard delivery service isn't 100% guaranteed, but we do offer a premium option which would virtually guarantee delivery on the day you select. We do hope you can put the refund to good use and do just let us know if we can help with anything else.

Having used Bloom and Wild previously and had a great experience I decided to use you again for my Wife’s birthday. The selection didn’t turn up on the day requested and were looking a worse for wear on arrival. They lasted 48 hours and had to binned. An all round is disappointing experience.

The delivery was late and the flowers were wilted. Moreover they were for my aunt whom I dont see very often due to distance and were sent to say I was thinking of her as she had just came home from hospital.

The bouquet arrived on time. However, even once all the flowers were open, it didn’t look quite as lush as on the website. I will give Bloom&Wild another chance though

This flowers I sent didn’t arrive until the day after my friends birthday I wanted them delivered n the 6th and they didn’t get there till the 7th 😪

Unfortunately, the quality of the flowers sent to our daughter was poor. Number of flowers drooped and one or two appeared to be 'mouldy'. On being informed you did try to rectify the problem and sent additional stems however; some of these sagged as well. Very disappointed as this was to celebrate our daughters birthday. We were promised a full refund but to date only received %50. You were recommended by our Sister - in - law who was full of praise for you.

Delivery and customer service excellent, but the product falls short. Too much green and not enough flowers. Outer leaves were damaged and brown. The recipient was underwhelmed leaving me rather embarrassed.

Flowers were beautiful however they were received 3 days late. There was no communication and no indication of when they would be delivered. I wouldn’t use this service again unless they had a rethink of the courier service involved which is a shame as I had high hopes.

The flowers I ordered for my daughter's birthday did not arrive and as her birthday was on a Saturday this meant that they did not arrive until Monday. They looked a little bit sad on arrival and we've given them a long drink hoping they will recover. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately some of the flowers were dead, and the roses were in full bloom , I was advised they would be on bud so they would last longer. That indeed was rectified with s new bouquet the next day, which I fully appreciated, but still there were problems sadly.
