Hi Hannah, Thank you for getting in touch and leaving your review. So sorry to hear this! We send our sunflowers dry and in bud, and they should take a day or two to open naturally. We recommend giving them a generous 3-5cm trim at the ends and popping them in a clean vase which supports their stems and is filled with fresh, cool water and flower food. “All good! Sister lives in a top floor flat in the City of London. Usually parcels disappear/get stolen/delivered to someone else in the same postcode or are beamed aboard a passing Starship. B&W delivered on time, to the right person and the flowers in a box were (still are!) lovely. Excellent value and much more reasonable than her local florist. Well done again, Bloom and Wild!!”
