“Lovely and unusual selection of flowers.I was there when my friend opened her birthday box of flowers and was a bit dismayed. the delivery company had managed to bend the box a bit and the flowers did look a bit bedraggled. BUT once trimmed and in water they looked beautiful in no time! The stocks also smell lovely.”

“I have loved Bloom & Wild from the very first time I used their service, around 9 years ago. The letterbox flowers was such an appealing way to surprise friends & loved ones, first only in the UK and then in time for my mother's 90th Birthday I was able to send her a lovely bouquet in Austria. I have learned to trust the quality and service of B&W, everything on offer coincides with my vision of quality and design and as the offer expands I have been able to also send my son an appropriate gift. When I recently messed up my order for my daughter (by accidentally using an out of date address) - the Customer Delight department were very understanding and kind. I have nothing but the highest praise for B&W and know that many of my friends have gone on to use the services. I hope you will always remain this stylish, bright and customer friendly business. Best of Luck & thank you for being there.”

“The quality of gifts I have sent or received from Bloom and Wild have always been first class. I find the discounts offered confusing. The points were reimbursed in an email, on the last order which I didn’t see until I have completed my purchase. I expected discount to be applied at the checkout.”
