Firstly I have used your company many times and have always been extremely happy with the flowers. Unfortunately, last week I sent my daughters some flowers following an upsetting incident which she received. I went to see her 3 days following and the iriss' in the the flowers had already died and had to be removed from the vase. She said that they hadn't looked great from the start. I hope that this is a one off and that my orders in the future will be of the high standard I have come to expect from your company.

did not realise that the flowers were not guaranteed for the day of delivery - 2 days late and disappointed.

Rather disappointed with my first order. Flowers were very droopy and never perked up despite following the instructions.

Ordering and delivery was great. However my mother-in-law to whom the flowers were sent told me a couple of blooms were dead and others dying, only lasting a few days. Real shame, sent similar last year and they were lovely so I’m sure this isn’t usual

The box was arrived at my uncles house in a ripped condition, the blooms were scattered across the floor along with bits of soil and packing content. My uncle has managed to revive the plant but it still looks rather sad and lacks any blooms.

I have ordered two separate deliveries of flowers (letterbox). Both have been received on time and both deliveries of flowers have been past their best - smaller more delicate flowers like sweet williams have already gone over when the parcel was delivered. Given how cold it is at present (therefore you would hope plants should cope better) its pretty disappointing. I have one more delivery I have ordered. If this is no better I will not be using Bloom&Wild again.

Ordered flowers as a thank you for a friend Tuesday and delivered Wednesday- freesia, alstroemerias, wax flowers. My friend told me today they were in poor condition and only freesias(3 stems) are still alive after just a few days. The white wax flowers fell off as they were taken from box, alstroemerias drooped - didn't recover. Very disappointed , first and last order I'm afraid.

I bought the Piper for a friends 50th birthday. They arrived on time and the majority of flowers were beautiful but some of the stems were so crushed that the recipient had to throw those stems away. That is the reason for giving a 'poor' review. I have used Bloom & Wild before, so was really disappointed with this bouquet. It was sad, as the recipient that should have received a stunning bouquet - received a damaged bouquet.

Normally I'm thrilled with my orders - my Xmas tree was an alternative to a birth congratulatory bouquet...unfortunately the number of lost pine needles left some of the branches bare and the tree looks a little forlorn - didn't dress the tree with all the baubles as touching the branches caused more needles to fall off :(

I was really disappointed. I have ordered from you before and it's been great. This time the blooms were on their last legs and a lot of the stems were broken. I was able to salvage some of them, but I'm not happy.

Lost delivery, second delivery misplaced. Third time lucky, but arrived 5 days SFTER mums birthday. Very disappointed. Lovely and helpful on phone, but don’t follow, through. Both times I called to question where order was was told I would get bpnotice of the dodo delivery, and nothing received,

Easy online ordering. Although I ordered well in advance the order did not arrive on the date requested, 2days after expected delivery still waiting for delivery.

Wasn't delivered on time. Royal mail tracking said attempted delivery Saturday which was a complete lie as they didn't even attempt delivery until Monday. Flowers were sent on the Friday so will be totally ruined by the time they reach their destination. A complete waste of money

It arrived quickly but didn't look like the picture, used different flowers. I think this feedback question should just ask 'tell us about your experience' - I would have given three, four or five stars but then the question only asks about your positive experience

We had arranged delivery before 11am for my Mums special birthday and it did not arrive, while everyone at Bloom and Wild was very helpful l, it was still the end if the day and very frustrating after asking her to wait in so long. We were subsequently offered a discount i can understand that sometimes couriers can let you down but I saw the flowers that were eventually delivered and was very disappointed - my Mum tells me part of the flowers were already curled and dried and I felt most of the bouquet was filler parts and and no berries like pictures, I would not have paid the value of the discounted price for them which was half the original price. I had actually already ordered another bouquet for someone else and it left me worrying what they looked like. I'm afraid I won't use Bloom and Wild again.

I ordered a gift for my mum as a moving in present and specifically picked Bloom and Wild as their USP is that they post flowers so they wont be missed. My mum received a card from Royal mail to say that the parcel was too big for the letter box so had to be collected. She saw this a couple of days later so plant was a bit battered by the time she picked it up and also i could have used any other florist if there is no guarantee of delivery.

The flowers were not posted through door as I expected but returned to depot. Recipient then had to collect the next day.
