Hi, we’re Bloom & Wild. We don’t just send flowers. We help you care wildly.

As the UK’s most-loved online florist, caring wildly is at the heart of our business. And it’s in the soul of our people. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just on the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows. Or finding silly ways to make someone smile. After all, unexpected flowers really are the best kind.

I've ordered twice. The Chelsea I ordered first was dead on arrival. The french turn up ok. 5/10 for the French 0/10 for the Chelsea.

Hi Kieran, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear your experience was a disappointing one and the flowers were dead. Please drop us an email to hello@bloomandwild.com and we will do our best to make it up to you

the reason I ordered my flowers with bloom and wild was because of their promise that they would be delivered despite no one being home. This was not the case however, and the flowers I ordered where therefore not delivered on the day and were in fact held over the weekend as the post office was closed. Therefore the flowers had to be collected and where not fresh. This completely ruined the surprise of the gift and left myself and my friend very disappointed!

The flowers arrived a day later than the delivery date requested which is very disappointing. For this reason I wouldn't use this the company again or recommend them.

It went to the post office and had to be collected. This is not the reason I bought flowers that should fit through the letterbox. Totally ruined the surprise.

Great website but when I placed an order on my ipad I had to place the same order 5 times as it kept crashing and not saving my details. Love the product but please upgrade the technology- I nearly gave up trying

I ordered some flowers for a special anniversary for my partner however all she got was a card from Royal Mail stating they wouldn't fit through the door which defeats the point. I have an average size letterbox so Thought it wouldn't be a Robles.duggest company advertise the exact dimensions on their website to avoid disappointment

Hi Angela, sorry to hear the flowers were not delivered properly. I have just sent you an email to make it up to you.

The flowers looked like they would have been beautiful 2 days previously but were a little old and tired when we opened them. They were delivered on a Saturday to the Manchester area so not sure if they had traveled far (from London perhaps?) but I was a little disappointed in the quality overall.

It would be great if you could send an email to say the delivery has been successful in future. I sent surprise 'thank you' flowers to be delivered on 09 June, but as of 11 June, they had still not reached the recipient. I realise that Royal Mail hold-ups aren't you're fault (and their staff failing to use a letterbox isn't either!) but it would be nice to know where the delivery is. I suspect that the flowers will be dead when they finally reach the recipient, which is a real shame.

The flowers that arrived were a date late and not the flowers I selected - rather than little yellow and white wild flowers, they were lillies - my mother's least favourite flower and they were a gift for her! Oh well.

Disappoointed in the selection of flowers sent - having chose English Country Garden selection for my wife who adores wild garden flowers, she was disappointed to receive 20 stems of oriental lisianthus in nearly all one colour. Although the packaging was impressive, several stems were broken. Admittedly I did not read the full description of this order, which I now believe states it is for lisianthus lovers but I feel these do not match your titile description. I did send an email to this effect but received an unsympathetic reply.

Received a box of peonies - they looked half dead when they arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and put them in water. Unfortunately it would have taken a miracle to bring them back to life. I was promised a replacement to be received the following Tuesday - sadly they didn't materialise. I did contact the company and was told that Royal Mail often deliver them later. Well its now 7.30pm and they are still not here. Incredibly disappointed particularly seeing peonies received by others (the previous week to my order) still going strong after a week. Mine didn't make it for 24 hours.

Hi Liz, I'm really sorry to hear about the poor condition of the peonies as well as the subsequent failed delivery - this is unacceptable. Please drop us an email at hello@bloomandwild.com and we'll do our best to put things right for you.

Have used the app before and had no problems and the flowers were beautiful. This time I ordered the flowers 5 days ago and they still haven't been delivered! So I cant comment on them unfortunately.

I received a box of the letterbox flowers for my birthday and was very impressed with how long they lasted so decided to send some to a friend. Unfortunately they did not fit through her letterbox and she received them 5 days late. The flowers are good quality and I believe she has been able to salvage the majority of them but it did not look good when she didn't receive a gift from me on her birthday!

Hi Sophie, thank you for letting us know. We are very sorry to hear there were delays in transit with the flowers. On rare occasion the Royal Mail 1st Class can experience delays, though five days is not acceptable. We do offer the option to upgrade delivery to Royal Mail tracked should one wish. We have just sent you an email to make it up to you!

I wanted to sent anonymous flowers to my daughter as she was feeling down. Your people told her it was me when she phoned up. why would they do that? So mean... Lucy +44 7891 066543

Hi Lucy, so sorry to hear that we ruined your intended desire to keep the flowers anonymous. Often customers forget to add their names so when prompted, we tell recipients who the flowers are from. While we are working to add a 'wish to remain anonymous' option soon, until we do, should you wish please email us after the order to let us know. I do apologise for this case and hope she was still able to enjoy the flowers!

Flowers did not arrive on time and when they did some of them were damaged and already wilted.

Thought the whole idea was that the box fitted through the letter box? Royal Mail didn't post it and took the parcel back, recipient wasn't aware it was flowers as it was a surprise so didn't rush to collect. Lovely idea but I'm disappointed.

Hi Wendy, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear the flowers were not correctly delivered and it was not indicated on the note from the postman that the package was perishable. Your disappointment is understandable - we will write to you shortly to make it up to you!

Sent flowers to my mother for Easter. Delivery due 2nd April. Unfortunately didn't fit through the letter box. They wee returned to the sorting office. This was closed on Good friday, so they were collected on Friday 4th. Apparently the flowers were well wrapped, but a little wilted. I had chosen the letter box flowers as these were convenient, but the selling point didn't work out.. I have 2 more deliveries due, so hopefully she will be in to receive.

I'm really sorry to hear about this Anthony. We clearly state on our boxes that the flowers fit through the letterbox and it's frustrating when the postman doesn't comply with these instructions. We'll be in touch via email to try and rectify this for you.

I ordered these flowers and loved the app and the ease of ordering and I know the booking all went through and I was in good time for my god daughter's 18th Birthday (ordered on the Saturday for a Thursday delivery) . The day before they should have arrived for my God daughters 18th Birthday I went in to check as I usually do with orders - and there was no record of the order whatsoever. I emailed in and they confirmed the order hadn't arrived. Bit disappointed and not sure I would use this app/flower ordering again.

My original delivery of Charlotte flowers sent from my son was very disappointing. Some flowers were broken , the selection had the Erigeron varietiy missing so not as described & some of the Daisy's were extremely tired, certainly not fresh with some heads broken, despite trying to revive them they were dying within days . The whole bunch was padded out with too much statice (that are hard to kill). The delivery was prior to Mother's Day so it felt like they were using up old stock. To be fair when I complained the company were very apologetic and organised to send replacements to a date of my choosing. The replacements arrived on the day arranged and were a more expensive selection which was appreciated. There was rather too much greenery but at least everything was alive. The principal of sending flowers by post without water is fraught with problems and probably is best for town delivery.

Hello Penny, Once again, we're sorry to hear that your first flowers didn't arrive in good condition and are glad that we were able to make it up to you. We always use fresh flowers but unfortunately there's always a risk when sending something living through the post. We'll always make things right if flowers don't arrive in great condition. We do use water in our boxes where required and our flowers (even waterless) virtually always arrive in great condition, regardless of whether we're sending to an urban or rural area - I'm sorry that this wasn't the case with your first experience.
