Disappointed, I ordered flowers to my mum for her birthday, delivery was prompt but the condition of the flowers were disappointing. Already wilting, soggy stems and leafs. Was not expecting this as I know usually Bloom & wild have exceptional flowers. 👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered The Sunniva as a gift for my mum following her wedding. Ordering was easy and they were delivered promptly on Tuesday morning, as expected. Mum said the flowers were lovely on arrival and she put them in a vase. I visited mum on Saturday, 4 days after delivery, to find that although the majority of the flowers looked lovely the roses were droopy and the petals were dry and falling off! This was very disappointing!

These flowers are amazing but the delivery is a bit shoddy. I bought the flowers through the letterbox bouquet but they were just dumped in my friends' porch and I was lucky that she found them

The flowers are lovely but not a very big bouquet for the price. Arrived 3 days late due to Royal Mail meaning the flowers were quite dry and my Mum did not receive them on her birthday which was a bit disappointing. I’d maybe recommend using courier NOT post service!

The ordering process is simple and the flowers lovely. Been let down twice by delivery now: once not delivered til 11.30pm and recently left on a pillar outside the flats

I made an order last week for a 6 month subscription, but forgot to use my 10% off code. I emailed you immediately to ask whether anything could be done, but nobody bothered to come back to me which was disappointing. If it hadn't been for this, I would have rated you 5 stars, as I love your flowers.

Product was well priced compared to other delivered flowers, however due the postal strike I believe the flowers spent too long in the box a subsequently didn't bloom when they arrived.

The flowers were looking a bit tired and arrived a day late from the post office. They perked up after being put in water but didn’t look the best quality. The stocks have some water damage on the bottom petals and the statice is already dropping. However, the size of the yellow roses is amazing, And the edges of the pick roses are brown. Very disappointed as they were a present for my wife who is a retired florist.

This was a present for my sister's 80th birthday. She loves lavender so I thought it was the ideal present for someone who didn't want a present at her time in life! How disappointing the present was. I saw it last night. It's very tiny, the card with it was filthy. Way too expensive for what it was.

Chose the bouquet I wanted, went through all the ordering process, only to find that when I got to the paying stage that bouquet was not available. Had to start the whole thing again from the beginning. Would have been so much better to have found that out to start with. Floweres lovely.

I would have rated you higher if the quality of the flowers was fresh and alive. I am pleased you replaced them but that should never be allowed to happen. So really felt felt cross and very upset !

Not delivered on day stayed, however, I know this wasn’t promised but it was for a 100 year birthday so I was upset it didn’t get there in time. I can’t comment on the flowers as no news of them arriving yet.

As mentioned, our free delivery service is not guaranteed for the day and be a working day late which is why we always advise the premium delivery service for special occasions. ordered on the Friday (est delivery the Saturday), did not arrive until the Monday. Given the warm weather we are having, I'm not sure why they were posted on the Friday given that there was a good chance that they would end up sitting around in a sorting office for two days. How long do the flowers last in their box?

Hi I must admit I’m a little disappointed with the flowers. They are beautiful but they look very sparse in the vase provided. I think I should either have provided a smaller vase or more flowers! Also some of the flowers provided are not what was listed in the enclosed literature.

Ordering process straight forward enough & kept informed regarding delivery. Unfortunately the hour timed delivery slot from DPD (17.24‐18.24) meant there was a chance my sister-in-law & her family would have already left for their family birthday meal celebration. The slot could not be changed & it did say you could request delivery be left with a named neighbour. I tried to do this, but it just kept taking me back to Track Delivery page. Luckily the flowers were delivered just before they left. I informed them the flowers would arrive in bud for longevity. My brother sent a photo when they arrived - on seeing photo I cant say I was convinced they were going to open & look as full as website photo. However my sister-in-law sent 2 photos today to let me know they have opened. However I am very disappointed to see they are no where near as colourful as I expected. (Pinky peach, yellow, white & green) Doesnt appear to be any yellow & roses look pale washed out colour. So disappointing as I picked this arrangement specifically for its lovely fresh apprearance. Unless they miraculously change colour I certainly wouldnt be using again.

Dear Lorraine, I'm so sorry to hear about your delivery experience here and also that the blooms are not as you expected. I'm also really sorry to hear you were unable to select a neighbour on the DPD site and the blooms nearly arrived too late, unfortunately, deliveries can be anytime between 8am-8pm so we always advise choosing the DPD morning delivery if the blooms need to arrive before 12pm. We do send our blooms in bud so it's great to hear it sounds like they have bloomed as expected though I'm so sorry the colours and tones are not as you expected them to be, especially as they were picked specifically for your recipients.
