The ordering service was quite easy but I noticed that there was no option to leave a telephone number for the receiver. If there was, I may have missed it.
The flowers arrived at the address on the day but could not be delivered and the reason given was that the package did not fit in the letter box, I am not sure what happened but the receiver had to go to the Post Office to collect the parcel.
My question is whether the receiver was contacted by telephone? The phone numbers (mine and the receiver) were added to the order via your Customer Service.
