Very disappointed with my first order. I was aware that some varieties might have to be substituted but I didn’t expect bright yellow ones to be put in the Tessa Letterbox flowers ( pink , white and purple ) which I had chosen . Had to explain to the recipient that it didn’t resemble the pastel selection I had chosen to be sent to her especially as I know she dislikes yellow flowers. Also. adding stiff flowers like pinks meant it wasn’t the frothy pretty arrangement I had expected. Won’t be ordering again.

The flowers I ordered for my mother's 97th birthday arrived on time but we're disappointing I am afraid, one of them I had to Chuck out immediately as it had gone over. Not the normal standard this time

I have sent Bloom and Wild to my mother and mother in law and this was the second bunch I have ordered for myself. While the website is easy to use and the customer team delightful I am again disappointed with my flowers. The bunch I received this week (The Millie) were bought on credit as my Mother’s Day order failed to open properly. The same has happened again. The flowers arrived on Thursday. It is now Sunday and several blooms remain firmly shut!! I have followed all instructions to the letter.

I bought the flowers for my friend’s birthday. She contacted me to say the box arrived a little open and bashed. The long leave stalks never perked up after water.

We do send them in buds, meaning the bouquet can look a little smaller at first, but once the buds turn into blooms, the bouquet becomes much fuller and more generous! I had used these guys before sending tulips which have their bulbs still attached. The presentation was beautiful and you really feel like you're getting more than other online florists. However I recently bought some flowers for my father and I was able to see them 2 days later. They were ok, and I'm not sure what they looked like when they arrived originally but I was saddened to see the roses were already showing signs of whithering around the edges. A shame really, they obviously weren't as fresh as they could have been.

Disappointed this time round - peonies very poor quality for the price even with discount - three pale and brown petalled, definitely NOT coral charm or anything like. Hard advertising not matched by quality of blooms. Regular customer but feels like as prices go up quality and quantity going downhill. May go back to local independent florists. Shame.

Bought a £50 bunch of flowers ... normally I'm very impressed. However the bunch wasn't as good as I had hoped for ... maybe the peonies were pricey and therefore their back on the size of the bunch?

Ordering process is very easy to use and the Blue Light Card discount was much apprecitated. Paid for guaranteed next day delivery. Delvery was on time but driver did not post through letterbox as stated, the package was slightly damaged and left on the doorstep in the heat.

I order on Thursday afternoon as your website said delivery from 7th May and it was guaranteed 90% delivery. This was a birthday gift for my mother who was suffering from COVID on her birthday and meant I could not spend the day so I ordered to send her some love on her birthday. You have covered yourself by putting 90% but do not advertise you can deliver from a date when you cannot. Saying that when Mum received her flowers on Monday she was delighted and I knew it spend some joy and will continue to do some. From the photo my Mum sent quality of rose was good. So its not the product I'm disappointed with.

I always find bloom and wild a pleasant experience to order from. The delivery time is quick and the quality is amazing. The app is easy to use. However I find that using Royal Mail as your currier can be frustrating as they will not post the flowers through the letterbox as they are supposed too. I ordered some flowers last weekend and they sent them back to the sorting office, my friend waited 3 days to collect them over the bank holiday so the flowers were almost dead!

The flowers were beautiful but unfortunately we’re delivered to the wrong number. Luckily though, there was a picture so I was able to trace them and they were found.

I had ordered Rebekah letterbox flowers where the picture had a mix of pink lilies, yellow flowers and roses. Instead they sent all white color flowers ( including white lilies). It was not as expected and was disappointing to see what was delivered did not match what was ordered ( as in picture). Also 3 snapdragon stems were dried up and did not bloom even after 2 days.

Have used Bloom and Wild many times for family and friends. This time decided to treat my wife to a surprise. Selecting and ordering was simple, as usual, however the flowers delivered were disappointing as 3 of the Stocks collapsed within 24 hours

Hello I bought the bouquet for my wife Carina as a special thank you for caring for me after coming home from hospital. We have used your company before and we have always been delighted with the results. The bouquet arrived on Wednesday, on time, and Carina prepared them as usual, however 4 days on the result does not match up with the photo on your website.

Unfortunately the flowers I ordered for my daughter ( as a congratulations on getting onto a PhD) arrived wilted and did not last. Which was such a shame- especially as I also sent her the flower press! The last few letterbox flowers we have ordered have been the same. I wonder if this is down to how they are handled whilst being transported. The flowers are being replaced without any questions which is great and will help keep costumers returning. The flowers from Bloom and Wild are usually beautiful - I will keep ordering from you but steer away from the letterbox flowers for now.

Ordering experience was very easy and there was a good choice and reasonable price point. Flowers were delivered on time. However, the flowers were a gift for my mother who said the quality was not wonderful. Some stems were broken and despite cutting and watering some blooms remained droopy. That said I would not rule out using again as this may have been a ‘one off’
