About Bloom & Wild:

Hi, we’re Bloom & Wild. We don’t just send flowers. We help you care wildly.

As the UK’s most-loved online florist, caring wildly is at the heart of our business. And it’s in the soul of our people. Caring wildly is celebrating the little things we all do for each other every day. Not just on the big occasions. It’s being there for the highs. Stepping up for the lows. Or finding silly ways to make someone smile. After all, unexpected flowers really are the best kind.

Hi I have always been a huge champion of Bloom & Wild but recent orders have left me a little disappointed I have to say. I ordered two bunches this week and the first seemed much more sparse than the images - the second very wilted - they have come to life but certainly don't look fresh. Not sure I will order again soon I'm afraid.

Hi so glad to give you a review. I have been lucky to have received a few boxes of your flowers sent to me, and been delighted with them. But on this occasion I sent the flowers to someone special to me, and I was a little disappointed in the fact that some of the beautiful blooms were damaged and one completely beheaded, which I must say spoilt the experience. I will maybe think twice about using your company again which is such a shame as I was always so confident before.

All pretty straightforward ordering online, not sure what condition the flowers were received in as they were a gift and I don't think the recipient is going to tell me if they were disappointing as it would be a bit embarrassing. The main reason for only giving three stars was because they were not delivered on the given date by Bloom and Wild and that's really disappointing, fortunately, it wasn't a birthday present. Bloom & Wild do state on their website cannot be guaranteed on the date given but that's not much good if it's for a special occasion.

Hi there Philip, thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear that the blooms arrived later than expected with Royal Mail. We do have the option available to most postcodes for guaranteed DPD delivery - however I have reached out to you via email directly on this matter too. Best wishes, Vicki

Slightly disappointing this time . Blooms were already out and looked a bit sad. I saw them after recipient had arranged and perhaps they didn’t take time to strip the leaves . All looked a bit straggly .

Hello Trentham, Thank you for taking the time to review us, I am so sorry to hear that the blooms didn't look as expected on arrival. I have sent you an email, hopefully I hear from you soon :) Have a wonderful day Warmest wishes Nate

Ordering was quick and easy. Royal Mail received the flowers very early the next morning. I was expecting them to be delivered mid/late morning but they didn’t reach my friend until around 5pm that day. I messaged her to ask if they were ok but she said they were a little parched to say the least: I don’t think I would order the letterbox flowers again:

I had a delivery of flowers for my birthday and they did not recover very well after a few days. My daughter had a delivery of flowers and they look a lot better, although my daughters had some gel for the delivery, maybe that's why because mine did not.

Hi Michelle, I am so sorry to hear your birthday blooms did not recover, especially as they were such a lovely gift. Most of our blooms thrive without gel however a few stems benefit from travelling with a gel bag. I'm delighted your daughter's blooms were of good quality as we'd expect, though I'm so sorry yours did not live up to expectations. We have popped you an email over as we would love to make this right for you. Best wishes, Laila

So I've had 2 x subscription bouquets now & both contained peonies in bud which never ever opened. Am wondering if they're being picked too soon?

The order arrived on time but when I visited the family today I was very disappointed to see that three of the peonies had not opened properly. Two were still completely in bud and one had opened a little. I was able to make that one open a little more but the other two were tight buds, so rather disappointing over all. Jennifer Milton

I was very happy with the order I placed however when I went on Facebook after your advert came up giving me £10 off my first order with code fb29 I felt a little agrieved with that as I had just paid full price on my first order . I did think about cancelling my order to get the discount but decided against it as it might have caused me problems I would have like to have known about the discount before I placed my first order .

I ordered a chilli plant to be delivered on Friday in advance of Father’s Day with a Father’s Day card, however it came on the Wednesday. When I spoke with customer services they said they had delivery down for Wednesday as per the delivery. I didn’t want to open the gift but was advised to do so, so that the plant wouldn’t perish so I did just that. I’m a little disappointed that the plant came early and that my husband didn’t receive his gift on Father’s Day. Customer services did say to open it and feed and if the plant still perishes by Sunday then to let them know but to don’t expect that to happen now and it kind of misses the point. The plant itself looks good. However the plant came with several circular soil items and I wasn’t sure what to do with it- I checked the care instructions and there was no mention of it. So I had to call customer services again for their advice. I was advised to submerge the soil cylinders in water, that they would expand and to pad it around the plant for support. However when I submerged in water the soilt cylinders disintegrated / dissolved meaning I was left with a bit of a mess. Clear instructions in the care guide would be helpful for customers.

Flowers were crushed and even thought they have been fed and watered for a few days they look very shabby dissatisfied with the price you pay for the quality.

Hi Douglas, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and also a picture of the blooms - this will be so handy for our quality team at the flower studio. I'm sorry to hear your blooms arrived crushed and haven't bloomed beautifully as we would expect after a good drink & some flower food. We would not at all expect our blooms to look this way after a few days in water and completely understand why this would leave you feeling dissatisfied. I've popped you an email over as we are eager to put this right for you.

I received very confusing information re the delivery of the flowers. Bloom and Wild sent me an email to say Royal Mail had tried to deliver but hadn't been able to and had left a red card to say where they could be collected from. These were letterbox flowers intended for someone just coming out of hospital who wouldn't have been in a position to collect them. They were intended as a surprise but because I had received the message from B&W I had to check where RM had said they needed to be collected from in order to arrange for another family member to get them. As it happened the recipient hadn't received anything from RM and the flowers arrived the next day (a day after they were intended to be delivered).

Hello Catherine, Thank you for taking the time to review us, I am so sorry for any worry and confusion here! It is never what we want, especially when it is for such a delicate occasion! Our letterbox blooms should fit in most standard size letterboxes providing there isn't anything on the other side such as bristles or a hood, I am so sorry your blooms went back to the depot for an extra day. I have sent you an email to hopefully get this experience closer to the Bloom & Wild experience we would both expect, I hope to hear from you soon Warm wishes Nate

I ordered the letterbox peonies for my Mums birthday and whilst the online ordering and delivering was fine, unfortunately half of the peonies did not open which is disappointing. I’ve ordered from Bloom & Wild on a few occasions but have to say I’m a little disappointed this time as it just didn’t look great as a gift unfortunately when half of the peonies didn’t open and they were supposed to be the stars of the bouquet!
