Disappointed in most recent order. Should have arrived on Saturday, but actually arrived on Monday. Weren’t put through letter box but instead left outside in an already opened box that ended up getting covered with ants. Once box properly opens, found four stems were damaged. Some flowers are yet to properly open whilst others are already dying, I assume because of the two extra days they were left in the box. Appreciate most of the issue is down to Royal Mail, but perhaps Bloom and Wild should consider an alternative courier if their current one can’t fulfil the 24 hour supposed delivery guarantee. Ultimately ended up being a very poor birthday gift for my wife and supermarket flowers purchased by other people look far nicer.
