I've only ordered twice from bloom and wild, this being the second time (lucky I hope) the first time was in may last year and they turned up all wilted, I hope this doesn't happen again.

£31 bunch of flowers that arrived in good time but very poor blooms. Most died before they even flowered. I'm very embarrassed about having these flowers delivered. Brown & shriveled before they even opened. I'd have felt better not even bothering to send flowers, even sending an email with my best wishes would have been better. Mortified.

Flowers ordered the day before in plenty of time for a special occasion the following day checked at 8 am flowers despatched and promised delivery Indeed tracking said on there way every time I checked still out for delivery When I checked at 7 30 pm I got a reply Delivery will be tomorrow but don’t worry the flowers will be ok Not the point when you order flowers you want them on the day you requested As normally for a special occasion very poor service for the price changed and after the flowers have been boxed with high temperatures today dred to think what they will look like after 24 hours in a van

Used to be great but not now. Delivery timing is awful. I ordered 31st May for 7th June delivery - an important date for our family. It’s now 3 days late. So you cannot rely on your flower gift arriving. It used to always arrive on time but not now. This is the third lot my family have ordered for a specific date and delivery has failed. Better to research a local company in the area you are sending to.

Really unhappy this time Roses were brown Hydrangea heads far too big for the arrangement only 3 peonies I sent this bouquet to my mum too cheer her up it had the opposite effect. Mum has complained to you and you have offered her an alternative arrangement but not a word from your company to me (the customer also about any of this) Not happy and will not be using you again Just mot good enough!

I have used bloom and wild many times and always been impressed. I have received the ‘Charlie’ bouquet twice in the last eight months. The first time I was so impressed by how long the bouquet lasted. I received this bouquet again today and I was disappointed by how much smaller the bouquet was compared to eight months ago. The price does not reflect this and the bouquet looks somewhat flat and disappointing. It is certainly not worthy of the price tag that it comes with. I am disappointed as I could have picked up several bouquets of supermarket flowers for the same price, if not cheaper.

I received a replacement bunch of flowers late last night, due to the roses in the first bunch lasted 4 days. The majority are ok but one was dead. As a replacement I would have thought they made sure all the flowers are fresh. I have ordered many times from this company before and the last time I had to complain. I feel the quality is no longer a priority as it was in the beginning.

Sour experience with bloom and wild , I understand it's out of there control when there flowers are sent through a courier,but end of the day it comes back to the company image , I informed bloom &wild about my experience in march 22 and yet to hear anything back to resolve the issue.what an absolute joke! Not only has this had a negative impact on my further custom,the gift I purchased ruined my mother's birthday present 🎁,

I have had no notification that my order was delivered and received. So I have no way of knowing if it was on time or who delivered it. My sister has not said thank you (which she would normally) so I think it wasn't delivered.

Arrived on time. Most underwhelming ‘bunch’ of flowers. Droopy, no problem, to be expected. Several flower heads had fallen off. Snapdragons dead. Recipient couldn’t stop apologising for me having wasted my money!!! Not the response you want when you’ve wanted to surprise someone! Some purchases over the years have been fine. This is not the first disappointment. Thought would give another chance. Wish I hadn’t! Couldn’t get through to anyone to speak with at Customer Service. Had to fill form in four times; before I ended up settling for credit!!! Just what I want… to waste money again!!! Certainly won’t be using or, recommending this company in the future.

Original delivery which was due on the 16th May was taken back to the Post Office by Royal Mail. Bloom & Wild arranged a new box of flowers but weren't able to deliver until the 21st May, which is very disappointing, and no refund offered just a DPD premium delivery service which isn't really a great benefit !

Really disappointed as I ordered for a specific delivery day. Only used the company as I wanted the tulips with bulbs. Would have gone somewhere else. Shame

The birthday flowers were ordered to arrive on a Saturday. Despite tracking showing they were dispatched they didn't arrive so will be 2 days late IF delivered on Monday. Back to M&S flowers for future. They always deliver on time.

I saw the flowers the day after they were delivered. The roses were wilted and the greenery was crispy. Extremely disappointing.

Sadly, the letterbox flowers which I ordered for my Aunty’s 90th birthday arrived in very poor condition and over the following days they did not recover. I phoned Bloom and Wild last night and they are going to send a replacement. This was the first of a 3 month subscription so I really hope the next deliveries are of a very good standard.
