When flowers turned up the roses looked old and withered , most of the flowers in the bunch did not look nice and fresh

Hi Hilary, I'm ever so sorry to hear that your blooms arrived looking disappointing! We do deliberately send our flowers dry and in bud as this means that they travel much better, and the blooms last longer. However this can mean that they need a couple of days in water to reach their full potential and to bloom like the website photo. The roses will also need their "guard petals" to be taken off which we keep on to protect them on their journey - these are the outer petals that may look a little bit more tired. Of course if the blooms aren't looking perfect, do contact us at hello@bloomandwild.com and we would love to put this right for you! :)

I hate having to moan and leave a unsatisfying review Special when my previous flower sent to friends from this company was so good and lovely. But the picture I received from my friend who received her flowers yesterday Only look like probably less then half the bunch I originally ordered. Feeling upset as it was for her birthday and I haven't been able to see her last couple of weeks, plus it was a group gift from all of us that have worked with her, before and throughout lockdown. I'm not able to upload the picture for some reason but she has 4 roses and one stem of probably freesia once they open.

Easy ordering, great delivery, good instruction on how to help the flower live. But the attached picture is of the flowers on day 4. I think day 5 they'll be in the bin.

Flowers were not suitable for the vase that was sold with the flowers and died a bit quicker than we would of liked

I made 4 orders in 2 months. The first 3 went well but the third was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted your support and was told that the flowers were delivered 2 the correct address. I replied and said they weren't delivered and I never heard from them for 3 days. She gave me a 24hour hotline number, but it wasnt a hotline number, it was the drivers personal number. It took 2 days for him to answer my call, as you can imagine, he doesn't answer numbers he doesn't know. It was only when I finally contacted him was my issue resolved. When I eventually got through to your support team, I did get a full refund and the flowers were redelivered. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and not being able to get in touch with you was incredibly frustrating. The person who answered my first email was incredibly dismissive, and contradicted me, when I knew for a fact the flowers were not delivered. The flowers were for my cousin who was supposed to be getting married that day. I had to ask her if she received the flowers which defeated the whole point of ordering them. Unfortunately, I have lost my trust in your service and will probably not order from you again

The flowers were left under the door mat and were stood on. My friend didn’t know they were there and found them several days later

Very disappointed, picked a date for delivery and they arrived late, some of the flowers were left unprotected which had then got damaged and the flowers died after a couple of days. Won't be using again

Very disappointed with the delivery, which went to the wrong address. We only realised when I sent the image of the carton outside the door to the recipient. The flowers had to be "rescued." The bouquet itself was excellent but let down by the delivery.

Very disappointingly I paid for premium delivery for a friend's birthday flowers and they were not dispatched on time. I have been refunded the delivery charge but was not notified of the delay by Bloom & Wild. It's a shame the delivery partner DPD let them down as their flowers are beautiful.

I received my flowers on Thursday 25 june. they were a gift from my granddaughter. But by Saturday the sunflowers had not opened and the end of the petals were turning brown. The peony roses by then three of them were had really brown outer petals and petals were dropping off the other flowers. I changed the water and re-trimed the stem but this did not help. I know my granddaughter would be upset if she saw them.

The bouquet was overpriced, and for How many flowers there were it was not worth the £45 Spent. unfortunately I’ve had better quality and cheaper bunches from local florists.

A great service but the images of the bouquets aren’t a true representation of what they will actually look like. The recipients have always thanked me and sent photos which I have been disappointed to see. They look like overpriced supermarket flowers and not as many flowers as advertised. I recently ordered the dried flower arrangement for myself and that wasn’t as full looking as the photograph either. I have used the service many times but I think it’s time I call it a day.

I have sent many bouquets and had a couple of issues with Bloom&Wild which they have handled really well. I generally love their flowers and their service and have recommended them many times for good quality and well chosen flowers. This bouquet however contained Carnations. I’m so shocked because this cannot be a mistake they must have bought them in and to most they are petrol forecourt flowers. Carnations and most Crysanths are a big no no for quality flowers. Ink let hurt will handle it brilliantly because they have amazing service but I’m just so disappointed.

After receiving a bouquet after a bereavement the flowers ordered were incomplete and the was no flower food. After making contact I was told sorry and to add a bit of sugar And no response about the missing stems that hadn’t been substituted . I found this to be unacceptable solution and had to go back and forwards To resolve this. Very disappointed

I was delighted to receive Spring Meadow a few weeks ago, they were beautiful, lasting well over 2 weeks. I ordered The Lovely Anniversary last week for my parents’ 70th, expecting the same quality. They followed the instructions, and I explained that the blooms would open up in a couple of days. However they were extremely disappointing. My sister saw them on the third day and reported that they were poor quality, that the peonies were past their best and hadn’t even opened. Only the roses lasted a week. I am bitterly disappointed as I thought I’d found the perfect flower delivery service. I notice that The Lovely Anniversary is now Out of Season.

Used them twice before and been happy with flowers but this time the flowers were looking sad from day one with no improvement after a few days. Shame as they were for my mums 70th birthday. Think I will go up the garage next time and save myself £60

Recieved on time which was about the only posive thing. On opening the flowers some of them looked very wilted, but as they arrive "in bud" I was hopeful they would open up. After only 3 days nearly all of the flowers are dead, the instructions were followed to the letter. Bought them for my mother in laws birthday. She also recieved some supermarket flowers which look far better and more expensive in comparison. Very disappointed

Hello, delivery was ok, the box was nice and chocolate was taste, but about flowers we are disappointed. They remain sleepy, and we could not enjoy the beauty of them and no flower food. Very sad about the flowers. The flowers were for my sisters birthday and the present was unsuccessful. I paid 44 pound for chocolate thats it, the only good thing.

Hello Lucia, We are sorry to hear your blooms were not as lovely as expected, do get in touch via email with your order details so can put this right for you.

If you are ordering specific flowers such as peonies, please read the small print that says they will be dead within five days. I bought a three bouquet set for my mum - delivery was fine, packaged really well, email communication great - the first bouquet was beautiful, the second, lovely and the third was dying after day 5. I appreciate that other pretty flowers are left when the main flowers are thrown away but I’m not sure that’s the point when they’re given as a gift to bring pleasure to the eye for longer than this. I didn’t get a choice over these flowers (I could only see the first bouquet) so I feel I was let down. They were in a tight ball for two days, so not really a good choice to be included.
