“I ordered letterbox flowers to send having received same myself on a couple of ocassions. TBH, I was sceptical about what I found in the box when opened….. what looked like wilting half dead flowers, but hey ho presto, as soon as they were put into water, a miracle happened and they bloomed beautifully and lasted for well over a week. The added advantage of letter box deliveries is that the recipient doesn’t need to be home to receive them….. a winner all round. Thankyou Bloom and Wild, I shall be ordering from you again”

“I have seen this company advertised and thought I’d give them a go. Wish I had not. Arrangement arrived so late (ordered for an anniversary of one year of passing) Customer services were quick at answering emails but nothing will help the fact the delivery did not go ahead on the carefully chosen date.”

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay in your order. I completely understand that the blooms were for an important occasion and how frustrating this can be. With our standard delivery service, delivery on the selected day is not guaranteed. However, it should be delivered the following day at the latest. We are very sorry that this was not the case here, and again, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. I can see that a full refund has been provided for this order, but of course, let me know if there's anything else we can help you with.

“I had a problem with a change of address…. In fact I called up to explain on the scheduled delivery date, not confident that changing to the current correct address would still be possible. But to my surprise this was managed perfectly. Thankyou Again.”

“Very smooth process. Ordered flowers late afternoon and they arrived with my sister the next day. She was very pleased with them and has sent 2 lots of photos to show me. Display looked like the photo and very reasonably priced.”
