“A lovely gift for a friend on her 50th birthday. Good, prompt delivery. I opened the box with the misunderstanding that the gift would be in another box, so unfortunately I had to tape it back up to give to my friend as a gift, which ruined it slightly for me.”

Hi Alex, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm sorry that it wasn't clear that the gift isn't packaged separately. As most of our gifts are being sent directly to the recipients, the box it is sent in is usually the main packaging. I understand however how disappointing this must have been. “My Mum loved the flowers I sent her. Beautiful blooms that are lasting well. I love the letterbox delivery as it meant she didn’t have to wait in for them. Fantastic service as always. Thank you.”
