“The order was placed well in advance, yet it still arrived a day late. The flowers had spent two days with the delivery agent without any water in the sponge, packed in a thin cardboard box, and arrived damaged and in bad condition. One flower was even packed upside down, highlighting the company’s carelessness and poor choice of delivery provider, whose service the customer pays for. Overall, I am very disappointed.”

“A very positive experience with this company and I will definitely use them again. I was looking for something a little bit different and longer lasting than a bouquet to mark a very special birthday. I chose the white orchids with lights. So pretty. The plant was easy to order, arrived on the day requested and well packaged. Thank you.”

“I've used B&W a few times now and am always impressed by the quality of the flowers in the bouquets. I recently sent flowers to my neice for her birthday and a week later the flowers are as fresh as the day she received them. I cannot recommend this company enough.”

“Beautiful letterbox flowers delivered promptly next day. Only problem was the post man left them on the step and it was a very cold day. Surely that is the benefit of ordering letterbox flowers. Out of your control I suppose but worth a mention.”

“I found the ordering very frustrating when I was trying to add discount code. It kept logging out, so took five attempts. Once it I did get past this, it then became a much smoother process. I was pleased with the product and delivery.”

“The flowers are beautiful cannot fault the quality and presentation .what lets this down is the delivery partner Royal Mail have never delivered when they have said they will, tracking information is available saying it is going to be delivered but this is usually incorrect and the flowers delivered on another day.”

“Order delivered 2 days after it was supposed to arrive by which time the recipient was no longer there. No notification from Bloom and Wild or the delivery company, even when they had delivered it. To be fair I have a full credit on my account but not really the point”
