“In the absence of 0 stars 1 star. I've just taken a delivery of dead flowers, fit for the bin. Heads wilted and when I let B&W know they said how they'd expect flowers to arrive!!!! Shocking. They are fit for the bin. Quite apt really they were sent to me as a sympathy gift. Anyway - you have been warned. Shockingly bad.”

“The service was easy to use through the Marks and Spencer’s website. The flowers were delivered the next day with a lovely card and some brownies. The recipient’s feedback was that flowers were beautiful and brownies delicious! A lovely touch!”

“The whole process of placing an order was very easy. My only gripe was the look of the message on the card I was including. It wasn't set out as I typed it and didn't reflect the thought behind the order. I have had B&W flowers sent to me and felt it was the only thing that let it down”
