Ordering and delivery was sound. However, the person I sent the flowers to said they weren’t great quality.

Ordering was very easy but when the bloom’s arrived was very disappointing they where half dead I put a call into customer service and the lady helped to resolve the problem…

Hello Victor, thank you for your review. I am so sorry to hear of the disappointment caused by this bouquet. Due to the nature of our blooms and the way they're packaged, they can appear a little 'sleepy' on arrival. Alstroemeria in particular can appear a little droopy at first, however they should rehydrate and perk up after a trim and allowing them 24 hours to rehydrate from their journey, I am truly so sorry if this was not the case on this occasion. Not delivered on the correct day which is a rush you take and I got a £5 credit…..however maybe consider using a different courier instead of Royal Mail. A relative ordered flowers from here the same day as me and they were delivered a day later than mine, again credit and a full refund, but both our flowers had been in transit for two/three days and looked awful when they arrived with the birthday girl. I’ve revisited flowers from here before and they’ve been fab but maybe a logistical review to improve the service?

I ordered the 'Elisa' flowers for my Auntie's birthday on Sunday. I ordered them to arrive on Saturday which they did. The flowers have still not all come out (today is Wednesday) and when I spoke to my Auntie today she said the stocks were floppy and have never come out. Today they are worse with no flowers still, and looking even more droopy. I am very disappointed with this because she did everything she was instructed to do with them. I don't think this is very good and will probably never order from this company again.

Disappointed with the delivery time. Ordered fRiday with 24 hour delivery and arrived on Monday. The flowers were nice but not fantastic

I can see Royal Mail, our free delivery option was selected, and we try and make it clear that although being very reliable, this is not a guaranteed delivery service. I have bought letterbox flowers often and have always found each time the flowers were amazing. Sadly this last bunch were quite scrawny with very thin stems. Not the usual bountiful bunch. The foliage stems are as thin as hair. Not tue best bunch. Still prompt service though.

Flowers were beautiful but delivered a day late even though I'd paid £5.00 for DPD delivery and received notice on the tracking page to say they were on their way to the address on Saturday. This led to my daughter in law having to cancel appts to wait in for the Saturday delivery then she had to attend an event Sunday when they were finally delivered and put in a safe place. Not happy tgst I wasted £5 on a delivery tgat wasn't made as promised, very disappointing and not what happens with a local florist as I've used before.

Sorry to tell you that the bouquet of sunflowers and roses was not in a good condition when it arrived; the sunflower petals were squashed and crumpled and the rosebuds never opened, despite me immediately following your simply explained instructions immediately. I used your voucher to send a scented candle birthday gift set to the sender but it took a week to arrive; because recipient was out when delivery was attempted and she needed to go to sorting office which had limited opening times and the bank holiday added to delay. Just as well my gift wasn't flowers! Now, I really don't like complaining; but if I don't tell you my opinion then you don't know? Your company ethos is good but maybe delivery provider needs to up its game? Not sure if I'd use you for flower delivery? Particularly when a local florist delivered an amazing display of roses and various others; scented divinely and lasted over 3 weeks! There was really no comparison; you lost. Sorry!

I asked for flowers to be delivered the next day, Saturday, but they didn't arrive. When I tracked them, I read that they were out for delivery on Wednesday - 5 days after order placed. This delay means that flowers don't arrive on a special day, or anniversary.

Not always easy to navigate. It would be useful to have the option to view the basket with the option to return to shopping before checkout. Service and flowers were excellent, the wife loved them.

Really nice, delivered on time! However, the delivery wasn’t posted to the door it was left outside without even ringing the bell, my friend found it a few hours later when she left her house so that was disappointing but other than that it was fine! Flowers were nice too.

I ordered the Daphne bouquet to be delivered to my daughter on Easter Saturday. When I saw it on Sunday I was very disappointed. Some of the roses were brown around the edges and other flowers were discoloured and curled. When I complained to customer services they were very helpful and arranged to send a replacement which was much better. Although very nice I don't think the bouquet was worth the price I paid but very good customer service.

The order and delivery process very easy. Unfortunately the recipient of the flowers was not around when the 1st ,2nd and 3rd (Sat)delivery was attempted so by the time she did get them on Monday the freesias did not make it the rest of the flowers looked pretty limp so was not impressed, won’t be doing a letterbox order again. Would rather pay a little more for a bouquet

Thee service is excellent, but my flowers arrived damaged abd droopy. I thought they would improve in water, but they didn’t. Within two days most of the flowers were dead. They are too expensive to last only that long.
