Arrived on time looked rwally good. but a bit disappointing later as alot of the roses never opened and wilted

This rating takes into account that, although the flowers have revived as my mum followed your instructions to the letter they looked brown and near death when they arrived. A balance is needed between the final revived bouquet which took over 24 hours, and the disappointment and puzzlement of receiving them. The surprise of receiving flowers is a big part of the pleasure.

Due to the nature of our blooms and the way they're packaged, they can appear a little sleepy and flat on arrival, I am so sorry for the disappointment caused. I appreciate it is potentially not their fault but I ordered a day early as they had said that deliveries were not guaranteed to be same day. I checked with the courier after two days and the message was simply ‘contact the seller for a replacement, something went wrong’. Not only was there no update sent to me to alert me of this but as a result I missed the birthday of the intended recipient. B&W issued a refund but it is a shame to have missed my friend’s birthday and not have been notified.

Ordered flowers and delivered next day as promised, however a bit disappointed in actual bouquet my friend received!

Nicely package, flowers were in fair condition however the bunch isn't anything spectacular, I was disappointed by how middle of the road they are, especially compared to the photo.

Unfortunately the recipient of the flowers was disappointed and contacted B&W on Monday 9th Jan, who have very kindly offered to send a replacement bouquet. I'm disappointed that they weren't up to your normal standard, but pleased by your customer service

Easy to order however flowers were in a poor state and didn’t recover after 24hrs. Contacted customer services, sent photos and replacements were sent which are fresh and as expected. A bit disappointing as they where a gift but the service team reacted quickly and put matters right,

Given a low score due to delivery. Selected delivery date as requested. As there is no postal strike at present assumed they would not arrive a day late. Very disappointing as it looked like we had forgotten Birthday. Cannot trust any further deliveries.

Pleasant and helpful lady re my complaiint that due to difficulties with your site you took 2 payments for one order, I have not received the refund yet and will comment further when this is replaced in my account

A day late without warning and the company's answer was to advise me to book a premium delivery service next time...when delivery was guaranteed for specified date and during inflated prices for everything currently. The arrangement was pleasant but not amazing. This was my first experience of Bloom & Wild, I'm a mature student and wanted the benefit of a discount but I think this experience was evidence that local florists are always better.

Ordered early December, received 17th Dec, I would question the decision to send it by Royal Mail and not a courier , as The Royal Mail always seem to be on strike. As for the product , some of the flavours are masked by the taste of the chocolate.I wouldn't order again.

Order & delivery service were excellent however I'm glad I didn't pay the full price of £36. The baubles, lights etc are great but the miniature 'tree' was more like a flattened branch with 2 weak but main stems. Despite my best efforts it looks nothing like the sale photo. Disappointing, sad to report not good value for money.

I picked Bloom & Wild as I have received flowers from you before & they were excellent. The ordering process was very straightforward & the choice of flowers amazing, including boxed or letterbox variety. I chose a letterbox variety, partly due to the weather being incredibly cold & the recipient being incapacitated. I paid for DPD to deliver, as there was two days of postal strikes due on the delivery days. The flowers were delivered on time by DPD, but I was both annoyed & very disappointed to see a photograph, of the delivery, showing them propped up outside the front door, just below the letterbox! This was certainly not the delivery service that I had expected or paid for!

Very disappointed this time. I’ve sent and received many flowers from Bloom & Wild and always been delighted. On this occasion I could only afford a small bunch and was disappointed that one one the carnations was broken behind the flower head. In a larger bunch this wouldn’t have mattered so much but makes a difference in a small bunch.

I tired to order using my credit and the TV offer but can’t do both with same order . So yesterday I didn’t order . I gave up. So why have the credit and an offer ? Shame Mostly flowers letterbox ok tho my mum is horrified by the way they look on arrival and throws many away! Younger people wait and see they recover ! All flowers are super expensive to send considering how cheap to buy in a shop. But that’s just how it is . Your website doesn’t work on my iphone or iPad which is super annoying and frustrating . Works on my laptop fine

Flowers were great but late arrival, obviously not your fault but due to Postal Strike. Maybe this should be stressed a bit more when ordering

I’ve used bloom and wild numerous times but have marked them down this time for continued issues with the website and trying to place this order on three separate occasions where the Customer Experience Team were unable to help even though I was directed to them for assistance.

The actual flowers were lovely and my sister was very pleased with them. I have two things I was not happy with, one, is that the website did not let me leave a personalised message. The second thing is, I was asked on the screen to pay more for a guaranteed delivery that I could depend on. I agreed and paid more, only to find out that the flowers were not delivered and my sister had been waiting indoors all day for them. What was worse is that she was going to the hospital the next day, so when they were delivered she was not home to receive them properly.

Normally give B &W four stars but not been best experience this time unfortunately. Ordered three sparkle trees to send one each to my girls to arrive on 1st December. Two arrived as planned and girls thrilled. No sign of third so chased and was told they couldn't guarantee delivery on date because of postal strikes. As no strikes at the time I wasn't happy with this response obviously but was told it was in transit and should arrive next day - it didn't. The following day (3rd) I still heard nothing and the tracking still showed 'in transit' but apparently my daughter missed the attempted delivery ( I knew she wouldn't be in that day so would have never ordered for 3rd as I was actually seeing her and could have taken it myself! )Chased B & W who said they would arrange for new delivery on next available day - it's finally arrived today (5th). Disappointing as it was no longer the surprise I had hoped for.

Flowers were a day late late no communication from Bloom and Wild only from DPD who were unsure when the delivery would actually take place one communication stated that the package had been delivered at 0535 am not very happy. Flowers were ok when finally arrived
