Thee service is excellent, but my flowers arrived damaged abd droopy. I thought they would improve in water, but they didn’t. Within two days most of the flowers were dead. They are too expensive to last only that long.

It is so disappointing to hear that the blooms only lasted for 2 days, this is most definitely not the quality that we would expect or strive for. I received a bouquet for mothers but unfortunately it was finished 6 days later and the roses never “woke up” so I hope the ones I sent to my son and daughter-in-law last Friday will last longer.

Ich habe 6 Tage im Voraus zu meinem Wunschtermin bestellt, dennoch ist die Lieferung nicht rechtzeitig angekommen, sondern erst am Folgetag um 16 Uhr. Das ist ärgerlich, denn Geburtstag hat man nunmal an einem fixen Tag. Wenn man nur termingenaue Lieferung gegen Aufpreis garantieren kann, sollte man gar nicht erst günstigere Lieferung anbieten. Die Qualität der Blumen ist aber sehr gut und auch der Bestellprozess ist einfach und intuitiv.

Leider können wir bei unserem Standardversand eine Zustellung am Wunschtag nicht garantieren, tut mir leid. Auch wenn wir deine Blumen rechtzeitig in den Versand übergeben, kann es leider in Ausnahmefällen vorkommen, dass es seitens unseres Versandpartners zu Verzögerungen kommt, auf die wir leider keinen Einfluss haben. Wir können natürlich verstehen, dass das etwas enttäuschend und ärgerlich ist, gerade zu einem besonderen Anlass, und möchten uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten herzlichst bei dir entschuldigen. Delivery to a friend for her birthday. She was pleased with the flowers but the chocolate I ordered to go with it didn't arrive. I was given a full refund for the missing item.

I ordered some letterbox flowers for next day delivery for my daughter's birthday which arrived quite a few hours later than promised. The flowers I chose as depicted online we're completely different to those that arrived! A dark coloured bunch of flowers which I would not have chosen. Bit disconcerting and disappointing.....

I ordered flowers as a birthday gift to be delivered the day before my aunts birthday in the hope that they wouldn’t be late. They still haven’t been delivered and they are now 3 days late. I’ve never had issues with bloom and wild before, the blooms are always beautiful so this is frustrating that they’re so late.

The flowers were lovely. Unfortunately delivery was not as I ordered the flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine’s Day instead they got delivered on the 15th which defeated the whole object of the order so was not happy

Hello Taher, I'm so sorry to hear the flowers were not received until the 15th of February. I have just checked your tracking and it seems like the flowers were left at the door on the 14th of February, at 8pm. As this was one of our busiest days of the year, we did mention that the delivery timeframe was much wider than usual. Found the website a bit confusing. Ordered the Anna flowers at £16 sale price and at checkout I was charged £26. In the confusion missed the chance to leave a message. So phoned and the man who answered was very helpful and added one for me and then confirmed it by email. Thankyou .

Disappointed that flowers were not delivered on the planned date for sisters 70 th birthday so she hasn’t actually seen them yet as now away until Friday. Could be Royal Mail’s problem as it’s the first time this has happened to me with Bloom and Wild.

I ordered a tied bouquet for my son and his family as his wife's mum had died.....so to send love and sympathy. It was to arrive last Thursday...it did, but to the wrong address. The person I spoke to was adamant I had put the wrong house number on it. Royal Mail sent me a photo of the box at a front door....not our sons6house. I know for sure that I did not put the wrong house number on my order. My son went to the address where the flowers were...2 days later....and the person gave the flowers to him. It annoys me for 2 reasons: I did not put the wrong number and the recipient should not have taken the flowers....especially if they read the message of sympathy. I have been offered 50% off my next order ....it has been added to my account apparently but I dont have an account. All very unsatisfactory.

Have used Bloom and Wild many times , but had problem this time. I made my purchase , but missed the part about leaving message. Tried very unsuccssefully to efit account but to no avail . Tried to phone and again no joy. Did manage to speak yo someone next day but was too late to rectify. So was quite dissapointed.

I had added a note regarding delivery to leave the flowers by the back door behind the gate however, the postman decided to take the parcel back to the sorting office so when my 'older' mother was able to retrieve her flowers they were a bit bashed about and a couple of the stems probably won't open properly.

Die Lieferung hat zuverlässig und schnell geklappt. Die Blumen waren liebevoll verpackt und mit einer Anleitung versehen. Ich empfinde den Blumenstrauß aber viel kleiner als auf dem Bild angezeigt, da habe ich mir dann doch mehr erhofft..

The Flowers, I believe were lovely. However, a card was not left with the boxed flowers therefore the recipient had no idea who had sent them! Therefore I am very disappointed in the service and the fact that my friend had to enquire on a group email who had sent them. :(

The online order experience and the delivery were excellent. Unfortunately, after three days, my flowers are still yet to open completely, so they look a bit sad. Fortunately, the flowers were just for me and not a gift.

I loved Bloom & Wild last year & bought many bouquets. The postal strike impacted on a couple & Bloom & Wild's response was good but I lost confidence a bit. I have flowers constantly and I tried again with Bloom & Wild a week ago. Gorgeous when they came but I wasn't sure about the cost compared to blooms. However the roses haven't really come out and now all looking a bit sad. I love the concept and I've seen the quality but when confidence goes because of a couple of experiences it's hard not to go local again. I'm sure I'll try again in a while & hope the feedback helps.
