Ordering was ok. Flowers my daughter said were lovely. Delivery snd tracking was 'not good' (polite answer). Never had any idea of arrival. Received late afternoon.

Fast delivery but expected better flowers for the price. These looked like £5 super market flowers.

Flowers delivered a day early. Recipient seemed happy and sent photo.I wasn’t too impressed by the image as the bouquet seemed sparse and didn’t much resemble the pic online. Flowers looked limp and a couple of roses were already in full bloom .Looked like a floral display I could have picked from my own back garden. For a price of just under £40 I expected more .

It was supposed to be an anniversary surprise. It was transferred to royal mail. It was a Suterday. Since they were not home they didn’t try to contact although they had all the details and left a note to redeliver on Monday.

The flowers are lovely, unfortunately I had ordered them for Thursday and they were delivered on Friday. No guarantee they will be delivered when ordered for.

The ordering was very easy but the delivery was a nightmare. So much so that my sister, who was the receiver of the flowers, has made an official complaint to Royal Mail. I got emails on consecutive days saying that they couldn’t get access even though the entry door system works and there was someone at home on both days. My sister had to collect from the post office in the end. What was to be a lovely surprise turned out to be a hassle.

An easy ordering process, good selection and prompt delivery. Unfortunately, several of the flowers hadn’t survived their journey well and were half dead on arrival - a bit embarrassing as they were a gift!

Maybe shoud have checked expected lifespan of bouquet, but visited my Mum 5 days after arrival and while some flowers were in bloom, others had already dies leaving the bouquet feeling very scanty - and me feeling a bit mean.

The flowers turned up on time but with at least 5 heads broken off. They were also only comparable with supermarket type flowers but for at least twice the price which was disappointing. Customer service were excellent and sent me a new bunch of different flowers free of charge. These were lovely and so much better than the first ones.

The ordering process was easy. Delivered on day but communication was poor, no note left to say been delivered and where they were left. It was to be a surprise for a 60th but I had to make contact to ask if they had received a delivery a day later which spoiled the whole thing, they were eventually found. Disappointed in the quality of flowers but acceptable and could have bought similar in Tesco's. I checked in the Q & A, and they seem to have an answer for any complaint so felt not worth bothering getting in touch.

I'm so sorry to hear of the disappointment caused by this bouquet and the delivery. I apologise that you had to reach out to he recipient to check if they received the blooms. Our delivery partners are usually very accurate with their tracking so I'm sorry to hear this happened. Due to the nature of letterbox flowers and how they are packaged, we'd expect them to look a little 'sleepy' or sometimes flatter on arrival, but we hope that you are amazed by how much they perk up once they've had a good trim and had a chance to drink overnight in the vase. Flowers left in an alley at wrong address! Customer services replaced and apologised - but they weren’t delivered to the recipient as a surprise as I had to ask her if they’d come. I know this was Royal Mail but B&W perhaps need to reconsider who they use for delivery. A friend had a similar experience with flowers arriving - dead - over 48 hours late. This is poor. B&W used to be my go to company but not any more.

It took too long to deliver, the stocks were not looking too good, so my friend told me - I was a bit disappointed as this was a thank you present.

I ordered a hand tied bocquet for a work colleague who was recovering from an operation. The ordering process was straightforward, however the delivery was very disappointing. I received an email at 13:23 telling me in jubilant tones , “Nina had received her flowers”. Excellent, I thought, but no! I had to email Nina about another matter the next day and asked her if she had received the flowers. She emailed back to tell me she’d just found them at the other side of her gate but no card had been left so she didn’t know they were there. I doubt the delivery driver had even knocked on her door. Fortunately she said they were still in good shape and beautiful. It’s such a pity that your delivery company lets you down in this way.

My recent experience was very disappointing as the delivery to Mrs Lindsay arrived in a bashed carton with broken stems and wilted blooms. This delivery was to cheer up my friend instead it just upset and disappointed her.

Flowers looked lovely, prices reasonable, sister in law is happy. The ordering process was poor. The text box to fill in delivery detail instructions was too small and when I tried to delete my text to fit in, I was sent back to the start of the whole process and I had to reinput all my details. I was ordering from Ireland for delivery in UK. Sent me back to the start again with different prices when I put the delivery address in, despite me having selected UK from the start. Again, lost the info I had put in. Also the basket seems empty even after you select a product. That seemed odd. I’m glad I persevered but it really frustrated me.

I was delighted with the price of the flowers I ordered but unfortunately they did not arrive on the day they were supposed to, meaning they didn’t arrive on my friends birthday as planned. I had a discount on the flowers when ordering but wouldn’t have been happy if I’d paid full price as the flowers didn’t look as good as they did on the website

I can see your bouquet is still mostly in buds, which can make it look smaller that the website picture at first. Rest assured that once all the buds will have bloomed, the bouquet will look much more similar to our website picture. The shape of the vase is also playing an important part in how the bouquet looks. Regarding your discount code, I'm so sorry it was not saved when you checked out.
