Sadly these flowers were three days late for delivery, when they did arrive they desperately required watering, according to person who recieved them, Flowers themselves were beautiful, but poor delivery

Great product sadly let down by quality on this occasion. I ordered a letterbox bouquet for my parents but clearly it must have been pre-prepared some time in advance as one of the flower stalks was mouldy. Other than that arrived on time when promised but you expect better for the price paid.

Used bloom and wild on many occasions the service was good arrived on the day they said but unfortunately on this occasion the roses weren’t there best

I'm giving 3 stars due to lack of instructions being followed. I emailed and explained that where I live, delivery is mostly difficult, and I specifically stated NOT to hand over my parcel to anyone but me, and also provided my phone number so the driver could ensure they got the correct house. Instead, I got no calls, no knocks, just "parcel delivered" with a picture of someone else's house. Do we see the problem? As far as the product goes, you stumbled onto a winner, as there's only one other company that sells mini trees, that I have seen - everyone else pedals flowers. The quality and idea behind tiny trees is a good one, but you failed as far as delivery goes, and this goes a LONG WAY with me. Sort out delivery folks. Whomever you're using is dotting your eye for you.

I'm truly sorry that, despite your best efforts to help ensure a safe delivery (considering the difficulties you have with them in your circumstances), the courier did not appropriately contact you and ensure a safe delivery to yourself. Website, delivery, updates - all good. I bought the jingle bells Xmas tree. The decorations are pretty and it looks cute with tge lights. But the tree itself is much smaller than the picture on website. I'm am currently unable to publish a picture as this site gives an error message.

The letterbox Tiny Trees stand at approximately 44cm in height, including the height of the pop-up pot once they're assembled. Unfortunately although the flowers ultimately reached my daughter in time, they were not delivered to the correct address but were left in a neighbours cupboard (despite very clear signage which should have prevented this). She had to spend time asking neighbours if they had received them etc. - inconvenient and spoilt the surprise.

I'm so sorry to hear that your daughter's blooms were not left sensibly, especially as they were sent as a thoughtful birthday gift. This may only happen if the courier couldn't gain access to the building and there wasn't an alternative 'safe' place for them to be hidden. Once in the hands of the post person we unfortunately cannot directly influence how the delivery will be made and have to entrust the delivery drivers will follow the on-box instructions and deliver safely, reliably and professionally. If a box cannot be posted or hand delivered, a missed delivery card should be left to notify the recipient of where they are. (Ordinarily we would rather a box be left safely than have them taken back to a depot and risk the gift arriving late) I want to reassure you that all of this feedback will be passed along to our Operations team, who have an open dialogue with all of our delivery partners as we want to address any instances where a delivery is not made up to our standards. I'm very sorry again, and can only apologise on behalf of the delivery person who handled this. I purchased a mini Xmas tree to brighten up my daughter’s room after a tough week of being a teen . I bought the mince pies as an afterthought at checkout when they flashed up . I wish I had read the details better - £ 9 for 4 mini mince pies ! Tree is lovely - however the cost the mince pies put a real dampener on my experience.

Arrived a day later than expected. Some of the flowers (stems of Stock) were dead and couldn't be resurrected and some of the leaves on the eucalyptus were brown and dead in the box. The roses, carnations and berries were lovely and perked up once they'd had a few hours in water, but overall disappointed with the order (The Nico).

Bought for my mother’s 98th birthday. I never actually saw them but unfortunately my mother and sister said they did take a day to open, there was more green foliage than flowers which only lasted 3 days. So pretty disappointed.

I ordered the flowers for next day delivery, to arrive on my daughter-in-law's birthday. They were not delivered on the day but a day too late. I was notified that the flowers had not been delivered on time. I do not know in what condition they arrived - she wasn't going to say "thanks for the lousy flowers" was she?

I’m so sorry to hear that your daughter-in-laws blooms did not arrive on the expected date, especially as they had been sent as a thoughtful birthday gift. We do understand the importance of your deliveries arriving on time, and offer a choice of delivery options when ordering. Unfortunately the free delivery service, which was selected for this order, is not guaranteed to arrive on the selected day and can occasionally take an extra working day in transit. I am so sorry if this information was missed during the ordering process and on the confirmation emails, and can only apologise for any disappointment caused. The flowers themselves should have been safe and protected in their packaging while in transit and only needed a trim and a drink on arrival as usual to rehydrate after their journey. However, if they were not looking as expected after they had 24 hours in the vase, please let us know and we’d be happy to send a replacement. I don't like leaving poor reviews but the flowers received were not great. I picked the lovely "leftover" bouquet to send to a friend as thought it was a great concept and I liked the idea of it being unique. Bare in mind it's only a pound or two cheaper than a lot of the bouquets they offer. What arrived was basically just foliage and thistles. Which was rather embarrassing when sending to a friend recovering from surgery. At first I thought perhaps it was just a more natural looking bunch but after checking with other friends and colleagues they have agreed it's poor quality. I did email to see if this was normal for bloom and wild and they have confirmed it is normal. I'm glad I had a first order discount and at least we've all had a laugh about it but I would not order again. 3 stars as I know others who have had lovely bunches but can only go on my experience

Great price however the delivery was not made until Monday,(supposed to be on Saturday) the recipient said that she thought they would need a good drink to bring them back to life. I have not wanted to keep asking her what they are like because they were a gift. Let's hope they recover.

Choose a card , and the wrong card was sent. A birthday card was sent and the flowers were for a bereavement .

The flowers looked nice but the courier did not let the recipient know that the box had been left in the garden so the box had been lying for over 24 hours and was soaking wet.
