Had lots of bouquets through you from my son, every birthday and Mother’s Day. Always been amazed by your service, and the flowers have been beautiful and long lasting. Howevwe this birthday I was so disappointed with my flowers, the roses didn’t even bloom, the foliage was minimal, and the purple blooms( sorry don’t know the name) were just ok. Very disappointed this birthday.

I have just spoken to my friend to whom I sent the flowers. I received an email saying they had been delivered on Wednesday (her birthday). However, according to my friend it must have been delivered some time on the Thursday or Friday as they were away those two days and arrived home to find it on the DOORSTEP - not even through the letterbox. I am VERY upset.

Unfortunately the flowers don’t look like the photo sent the flowers to my friend as a thank you and they were delivered with a lot of petals fell off. I’m sad to leave a bad review as I had such high hopes.

Having used Bloom&Wild several times this year and been very happy with the flowers I was quite disappointed this time. I chose ‘Isla’ because the lilac roses described and illustrated were a different colour to those I normally choose for my Mum and I was looking for something that little bit unusual. The flowers that arrived were actually a deep pink and not at all what I envisaged.

The flowers looked nice on arrival but, despite following the care instructions provided, they started to wilt quite quickly and so did not last well. Box was also slightly damaged. On the plus side, ordering was simple and delivery was on time. Given the issues and that over £50 was spent, I was a bit disappointing and did not think the flowers were good value overall.

Really disappointed in the flowers. Wanted something special for my Mums 70th birthday so ordered from Bloom and Wild for the first time. Went for ‘the Octavia’ which cost £50. What arrived was definitely not a £50 bunch of flowers. Was supposed to be 24 stems but most of that is just foliage and half the flowers were still in bud so looked very underwhelming. Wont be ordering from here again.

unfortunately they came the evening of the following day and for that reason they looked like they were drying out. Very disappointed but would have looked lovely if not.

Great service and delivery. The vase was nice, love the idea of a customizable card front, however the flowers where below average quality for me, hence the two star, if the flowers where great 4/5 stars, but the flowers are the main focus point of the business, everything is secondary.

The flowers looked nowhere near as nice as they did in the photo on the app and despite ordering letterbox flowers, they didn't fit through our fairly standard letterbox!

Arrived on time for my friend however I chose the pink bouquet because she loves the colour pink and the flowers she received had no pink in them at all so very disappointed

Ordering process and delivery process absolutely brilliant cant fault that. However this bunch of flowers have not been good the Roses died within a couple of days, before the lillies opened. Infact one week on and the lillies have died and not even opened. Very poor bunch of flowers. Pictures show roses are dead and lillies havent opened and have died.

When I placed my order I was given the choice of delevery dates we chose to have them deliverd on Saturday August 30th we then got a mesage that they were not being deliverd on that date as the address was not accepting any deliverys this was not true and it said they would be deliverd the next working day whitch dose not make sence so they were in the post system 3 extra days not good

I ordered flowers too arrive on my my friends bday which was yesterday..they got sent to wrong post depo..now says they are back in transit so she won't get them now till Monday so I don't know what condition they will be in either. I don't think it's your fault but still feel disappointed.

I really wanted my flowers to be great as I use online flower delivery companies very often but I'm afraid I was disappointed with the package. It was delivered on time but the stocks were in such a poor condition they never really recovered. I did send a photo at the time approx 8 hours after being arranged in a vase but didn't hear anything.

I recently bought The Octavia for my wife on our anniversary on August 7th. The reason for this choice was that it was advertised as a tied bunch and as she was not particularly well or mobile I thought it would be ideal as it could be put into a vase without too much preparation. This was not the case. The flowers needed a lot of conditioning and had to be left in water and in the cool overnight to revive. The alternative greenery to the Eucalyptus was difficult to arrange with the bunch and ended up being discarded. The white lisianthus, a replacement for the pink, was acceptable but far from ideal. I understand that it was warm weather but I was still disappointed with the flowers and their condition. I would have been better placed buying a bunch at the local Waitrose for a fraction of the price.

Very small bouquet of flowers for a lot of money. And to use Royal Mail to deliver them out not the best way! My box was smashed totally. I think you should use a different delivery service who actually cares about their parcels... Very disappointed. Not recommended. Will never use again.

Hey Dora, We're so sorry to hear your package arrived damaged, it's the last thing we want. We do offer courier service and delivery via DPD also, but we apologise Royal Mail didn't handle this delivery as they should have. Do get in touch, we'd be happy to get a replacement out for you!
