They take far to long to dispatch orders I wouldn’t buy from Blinds2Go again every time I get an estimated dispatch date it gets changed again I ordered on the 9th may and I still haven’t received this order the estimated dispatch date has been changed once again from the 7th June now it’s the 14th June I actually feel like cancelling this order altogether..

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. How this company has avoided national press coverage is beyond me! Poor quality workmanship for a high price. Haven't had my blinds long at all and they have all begun to fail. Contacted their Customer Service and was told that as it was outside of the warranty period, they weren't able to help. HELLO??? This is 500 quids worth of blinds.... and they're blinds, they go up, they go down, how could they possibly fail?!!! It's not like I've been hanging off them. IN SHORT, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered £500.00 worth of blinds on the 9th May and as each expected delivery date approaches the date gets changed. Now expected around the 16th June. Online turnaround still showing 10 to 14 days. If you want blinds quite quickly then dont bother.

Order Number: B39661121WB I hope this honest review will be helpful to others and constructive for Blinds2go. I ordered nearly £400 worth of items from Blinds2go. I placed the order on 04/04/2021, some of the items arrived on time some were delayed. I eventually received them all nearly two months after I placed the order. Due to the covid times we are in I accepted the delay. The main reason I am giving Blinds2go 1 star, is that someone has decided when making the blinds to put on a ridiculous number of decorative tapes on the smaller window blinds. I have a wall with 3 windows next to each other. 1 large window (162cm wide) with two narrow windows (61cm wide) either side of it. They have put 3 lines of decorative tapes EACH for the smaller windows which is only 61cm wide (and 6 lines of decorative tapes for the wider 162cm window, still too much for my liking but fine!) Even though the narrow window is nearly 3 times smaller than the big window, they still managed to squeeze in 3 lines of 38mm decorative tapes. I really don't think I can bring myself to put these blinds up, the number of tapes are excessive and not consistent. Just does not make any sense to me....two small windows will have a total of 6 tapes!!! It will block out so much light and look so ridiculous next to the big window in the middle. I did reach out to Blinds2go to ask them if I returned the smaller blinds could they reduce the tape on them (No they said). Two lines of tape would have been more than enough (in-fact perfect) on the 60cm width blinds. This is clearly a design/manufacturing fault. I've just wasted a lot of money on these blinds since I can't use them. So please be careful when ordering blinds from Blinds2Go especially with decorative tapes.

Terrible company , do not use ! I ordered some tall blinds for high windows , only 2 out of 3 paid for arrived , when we installed them discovered useless as chains too short for average human to reach . When calling requesting them to send the right chains for the length, some lame excuse about child safety regs, & told to write a mail with measurements window to floor , which i did , a week later that mail is answered asking the same question , for the measurements already stated. 3 weeks later the chains arrive , no instructions on how to swap over , & I have to pay again to re-install the blinds . They should have informed me when i first ordered. Really unhelpful bad experience , do not use this company !

Customer service was a complete waste of time, sorry Victoria but you haven't got a clue or your just usless at math's My clips were the wrong size so they sent me new ones 8 in total when I needed 20. Blinds feel very cheap probably because of the clips I had to make fit. I feel so angry the way I was treated by blinds to go, I'v had to bodge the blinds on my new extension which wasn't cheap. Shame on you blinds to go. I'm an exbuilder now site manager So I am very clued up in Construction. The photos on your sites look nothing like mine.. I definitely will not recommend

I ordered 2 blinds - one arrived with part of the packaging missing and the blind the incorrect size. The second blind has not arrived. I have e-mailed many times and keep getting generic useless replies. I have phoned, I live in Dublin, Ireland, so not cheap and keep get put on hold. Run a mile from this company, no one will take any responsibility

Hi ordered made to measure wooden blind have come down wrong size staff so unhelpful got told a week ago that rest of order was cancelled as I ask .to ring again as had no money back and now it's not cancelled and nothing I can do about wrong measured blind I have even though it's there fault do not use this company

AVOID!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!! They are making blinds wrong, so you have to re-order with a discount. YOU WILL NEVER get your money back. No way to reach the manager. 48hrs policy. MADE IN CHINA BLINDS are very poor quality! Mechanism is very bad. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

My blinds haven't arrived. It seems they were addressed wrongly on their end. I live in Dublin, Ireland and seems they think that is in the UK. My blind is currently rambling from place to place in the UK but I can't get in touch with anyone in support. I've emailed and used the online form but nada, I just can't bring myself to phone as it will suck the life out of me.

This was my second order with blinds 2go. With my first order I had no issues, the blinds worked perfectly. My second order arrived and I noticed that there was a chip in the front panel, once I had finished putting the blinds up. I tried them out only to find that the tilt functionality for the slats was not working. After contacting their support they asked for another picture of the blinds to show more of the blind where the defective area was. After supplying this information to them they stopped replying to my emails. I sent a further two emails after this point and have received no communication from blinds 2go regarding this matter for three weeks. I've even tried their live chat on their website where I was also ignored. I will not be using them again and will make sure none of my friend or family use them in the future.

Ordered blinds on 21st March. Today it’s the 29th April and still no blinds. Customer service reps seem to have no idea about company operations or where my blinds are. Every time the estimated dispatch date is reached a new date is added. Today tracking shows they have been delivered but no address given?! Have requested a refund but keep been told to wait for the blinds. Over £600 out of pocket and no blinds and no refund.

Ordered four weeks ago and I'm still waiting. Blinds2go are obviously having issues. They should at least have the curtesy of warning potential customers of holdups.

Do not go near. I ordered and expected delivery times are not adhered to - you are fed in and then given poor service. Never their fault - they just blame the delivery company. So many better companies around. Strongly advise against.

I have just been made aware that these blinds are not made in the UK. My anticipated dispatch date was 7th April ..... and i am still waiting apparently they have not yet arrived in the UK however nowhere on the site does it tell customers that they are made abroad. I would not have ordered then if they had told me this. They do not provide any delivery dates if they are late so you as the customer has to chase them. You cannot cancel the order so you could be waiting months and you cannot do anything about this. Communication is none existent which they need to improve this and be honest with cusomers need to make customers aware they are not made in the UK.

Problems began before I even ordered - I should have heeded this warning and gone elsewhere! I called their sales team to ask some questions and the sales person was rude - not horrifically rude but just rude enough that you really don't enjoy the experience and it gives you pause for thought. Like an idiot, I ordered anyway... Ordered blinds on 3 March, finally received 31 March but one package arrived on a separate day (luckily somebody was at home to receive it). However, some issues: 1. No screws in the package. Instructions don't tell you what screws to use either so if you want to go and buy your own you'll have to guess! I called up support and a friendly chap answered and told me there should have been screws and he would get them sent out to me. I offered to buy them myself to save time but he wasn't able to tell me what screws I needed and I didn't want to guess. A week later no screws had arrived so I called up again. Apologetic response but again the person on the support line had no idea what the screws required were. Offered to send another pack but since I didn't believe they would ever show up I asked for the size of the screws so she contacted another team to find out. The answer that came back was clearly absolute nonsense so I asked her to confirm it again and finally got an answer. To be honest I'm not sure I trust the answer and any company that can't even tell me the size of the screw which they normally include in a product is one I want to steer clear of in future. 2. Instructions are really poor so if you've never put up blinds before you will need to find some advice elsewhere... 3. Blinds were cut very slightly longer than the specifications which was enough to ensure that I had to cut it down to fit - first time I've ever had to hacksaw bits off a custom made product! It feels as if the staff know very little about the products, which tells me the company does not invest in training their staff. What would it cost to give staff a list of common problems and the best answers or solutions to those issues? I would not buy here again.

I'm not sure how the "Average Delivery Time Within 5 Days" is calculated. Ordered 04/04/2021.... Estimated dispatch (not delivery) 11/05/2021. Queried with customer services and they really didn't care. Blamed the "current climate". How long are poor companies going to keep using this as an excuse?
