Really disappointed by our recent experience with blinds2go as we are return customers and think their products are great. It's a long story, but basically our first order of Venetian blinds were damaged in transit so those were refunded and we ordered more blinds and paid for Next Day Express service as it was urgent we received them. 10 days later, and after many phone calls and emails, the blinds arrived. Each customer service agent kept saying they'll be '..dispatched today and delivered tomorrow.. ' but this was not the case. We never received any explanation as to why there was such a delay in our order being produced and dispatched. We were refunded the £9.95 extra cost of express delivery and we received £50 compensation. Not good enough blinds2go! We'll be steering clear in future.

Their "Next Day Express" is very misleading. I found this out at my peril after the blinds didn't get delivered by a next day service and was told it was going to be a total of 4 days not 1. Unlike other made to measure blind companies, Blinds 2go do not offer a next day delivery service and only offer a next day dispatch, which costs an extra £9.95 on top of their normal delivery charge. In all a rather disappointing service!

I liked this company until the 4 weeks to deliver a blind despite the website saying 3to5 working days. Phoned up customer service 3 times, 3 times we will phone you back tomorrow (no phone call). Can't express my delivery retrospectively despite offering to pay for it. Can't cancel as production has started. 17 days to make a blind. Come on... that's nonesense.

Gave you the actual size of blind required and you knocked off at least 30 mm on width and 40 mm on height unless your blind makers can't read a tape measure.

Very poor service, the most stressful experience I’ve ever received, bough blinds not has pictured on website. Complained after days of complaining & arguing with management, they sent 2 other blinds reverse roll. Another set blinds came with winder broken, and brackets that don’t fit blind. This has been going on from 11 Jan 23 - Feb 7th. It’s been very stressful & upsetting. The management were terrible, I have spent at least 3hrs in total on phone over past few weeks, plus numerous emails, never have I had to deal with anything like this before.

To put it bluntly, this company should really be called "Blinds2gowrong". I ordered 2 thermal blackout blinds from them in August of 2020. Less than two and a half years later they are unusable. The cords have frayed so much that the blinds cannot move up and down. Compare this to blinds from another company that were fitted 17 years ago and still work perfectly. They are used in exactly the same way. They go up in the morning and errrrm....down in the evening. (In other words, the actual purpose for blinds) The only difference is that those are not 'thermal blackout' material. Contacting the company gave me options of: Re cord them myself (they provided the cord). Send them back at my expense - for postage both ways. Buy new ones with a 25% discount. We initially chose to re cord them ourselves but realised it was less straight forward than we thought. Contacting the company back for advice, their advice was "It's too complicated". So why were we offered that option in the first place? There is an old saying "Don't throw good money after bad", so I will not be wasting any more money on this rubbish - and then repeating the whole process again in a couple of years time. My advice to potential buyers is look elsewhere unless you want to buy a substandard product from a company with substandard after sales service. Beware!

Becareful, this company change words easly, I bough blind with 5 years warranty, and after 4 years the top pannel broken which is manafacturer fault the joint ball on top where put pressure on the panel. Their first response was we can't fix this for you and we only able to give you 25% disscount on the new one, when I asked to speak to the manager his voice was up and not trying to help at all rather he changed the warranty term from 5 years to 3 years he said we just started given 5 years from now and is upto you if you want to take this discount or shop arround. Please becareful before buying make sure you buy something with no warranty as this dosn't work with this company.

Blinds2Go completely messed up with my order and have refused to refund or exchange. I gave them the TOTAL measurement for my recess, thinking they would work out the calculations with fittings etc, but they did not. The blind with the end fittings was made just over 2cm wider than my recess and would not fit. I contacted customer service on numerous occasions, they asked for photos, which I sent back again and again, and even took a video of their error, but they would not take any responsibility for their error. Customer service, although they did respond quickly, they were not helpful, just repeating them selves over and over. I will now have to go to another blind company to purchase another roller blind leaving me out of pocket. Do not buy from this company, I am sure there are much better blind companies online, that provide a much better product, get the measurements right and provide decent customer service. I would not recommend Blinds2Go.

I ordered blinds from blinds to go for my new house after reading reviews. They arrived today and I am shocked at the poor quality. I paid £150 for 3 blinds and they are so bad I'm going to throw them in the bin. In my old house I had Hilarys blinds which are more expensive, but much better made. I am now going to book a consultation with Hilarys and use them instead. Lesson learned, never go for the cheaper option.

Not very impressed! I ordered two blinds on the 18th November. After checking on the 'track order' as requested, I could see that the dispatch date kept being extended. On writing an email today to check where my order was, I was called by the customer service department, whereby they informed me that they had 'bad news, and unfortunately my order had been lost'. However their solution was to either refund me or reorder! However, as far as I'm concerned, this in NOT a new order, I'm just awaiting my original order to be made - however so far they have not expedited my order, and my order has been put to the back of the queue and offered me a new dispatch date of mid January - a month from now!! Really not acceptable.

If you value your sanity, place your order with a reputable company that value customer service and efficiency. They do not value the interest of their customer. My order was not delivered on time which among other issues caused me a huge financial lost because I took time off work to accommodate this and paid for a fitter and lost that money. They did not update me at any point that the delivery was delayed and refused to issue a refund. In fact I was bluntly told to contact the bank. They were aware of my circumstances and did nothing to prioritise the order to ensure that it was delivered on the specified time given. The customer representative including the manager was very condescending and unhelpful. I had to literally beg her to contact the courier. I also requested a call back to manage my expectation and sort out what was an absolute mess and she did not have the decency to ring me back. I will never order from here again or recommend them to anyone.

As someone who has used and recommended Blinds2Go in the past I now write to say how very disappointed I am with my recent purchase. Having waited 3+ weeks for my blind it has now arrived in a package which obviously has been opened and taped back together with parcel tape. Whilst the blind looks as if it has not been damaged both securing brackets are missing thus making the blind unusable. I’m very disappointed with the lack of urgency in arranging to have the brackets expedited so that my guests can have some privacy when they arrive in 2 days time. Surprised to read that they can still supply blinds in time for Christmas on the website!

I ordered four blinds and they are all too long. I phoned customer service department and was told they can be made up to 10mm either side of measurement given. I will now have to pay to have them altered, so disappointed. I will never buy from your company again.

Delivery times are about 4 weeks as apparently they are coming from abroad The estimated dispatch date is 10 working days before they are due to arrive I am very disappointed that I can’t be told were my blinds are being manufactured On my order that is not clear
