The blind was ordered and delivered on time and my measurements were spot on but the blind doesn't drop the correct amount I now have a blind that only covers half my window

We bought a day/night dim out blind a few years ago. We were so happy with the quality we bought another for our kitchen but the material is either side of the roller letting lots of light in whereas the previous one had all the material to the back of the roller. It just doesn’t look as good as the last one. We must say we are disappointed.

After installing the blind it came to my attention that the tilt mechanism wasn’t working and one of the strings that lifts the blind was not attached, which meant the blind did not lift as it was supposed to. I managed to fix both of the issues so the blind now works but i am disappointed that I had to carry out both fixes on a new product in the first place.

Have been awaiting a delivery for over a month. Phoned twice and was told to ring back in a few days, and then got a notification that the order had been resubmitted over a month after my original order. Then the customer service team told me the courier was unable to make the delivery - strange because there was no phonecall or card left and why has the product been reordered from scratch? Have always been happy with or previous orders from here but don't feel customer service team are being honest or helpful.

I'm surprised I've been asked to review Blinds To Go as I still haven't received the blind ! It was ordered on 8th Decemberr,and the confirmation stated it would be with us for Xmas. 24th,and still heard nothing.

Had blinds previously, which were good, but my Last one had no quality in it at all , central metal support fixture is thin and bendy...useless...1 string has broke away from the top bar before I've even used it, I spoke to customer service and got told that id chosen "A WALLET FRIENDLY BLIND "....IN OTHER WORDS BARGAIN BASEMENT QUALITY, no mention of this when I ordered it...SO BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU PURCHASE. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Ordered 2 blinds. Fast delivery however after putting them up only one worked, so we are unable to close one blind. Dissatisfied customer

The product is very good quality and a large amount of choices which is reflected in the price . However just be aware if you want this product in a timely manner you might be disappointed.a member of the Customer services team was rude and was huffing and puffing when I spoke to them about the lengthy time my blind was going to take before being dispatched. 15 working days!

Plastic, poor quality, not robust so dont think they'll last. Material is thin and cheap. Wouldn't buy again.

I have used Blinds 2 go a few times before , the order was done pretty fast but sadly have a few blinds that have come up a little shorter in length, also one large blind is shorter than should be in the width so if i tug too hard it falls out of the brackets.Yes they make decent blinds but its these silly issues that are a major concern so just be prepared for a few issues .

Good blinds but unfortunately won’t be using again as customer services (Callum) weren’t very helpful when the blinds weren’t quite right. I actually had to contact a separate company for advice- Chris from yourblindsdirect was an absolute star. Could teach these guys a thing or two about customer service.

Had lots of vertical blinds in the past from this company but they have changed the pulley chain system to a rod which is horrible and can be problematic to use. I also had no idea I was getting this change until it arrived, they are not being upfront about the changes, won't be returning they've spoilt it for me, I would have happily paid extra for the old pulley system.

Blinds are good quality and easy to install- I did not check the slat until they were up and the whole order is wrong and they have been put up now. I ordered the wood grain and they are plain- so check your orders.

Sorry low the blinds were fine except I put on exact size width was spot on but I asked for 190 drop and got 186 not sure why

When I receive the blinds I bought them in black Friday so I didn’t particularly pay a huge amount for them which I’m extremely glad I didn’t cause they turned up they looked very cheap and plasticky not wood like at all… They haven’t been Threaded up properly as when you pull the blinds halfway you have to make sure that it’s level do you have to play around with the strings otherwise you have one side longer than the other

The blinds I received were marked with what looked like oil Staines. Fortunately there were two spare strips and I turned the other marked ones around so the staines were to the outside. The mechanism feels rough. These are budget blinds and I would not order them again.

Just to say that the last set of blinds you sent me .Was not finished to a good standard.ie one end fixing loose/angled stripped thread, and overall length was 34cm not 35cm .

Roman Blind brackets not fit for purpose. Proved impossible to fit the header securely so eventually gave up and fitted curtains instead. £166 wasted. Very disappointed because delivery was prompt, size was perfect and the blind itself looked very good.
